Yes I know, but when I was talkin about modding the F-16 I meant we can't get the license, so we can try to make it as a mod, not official module ;), we don't need the license for that. @uscstaylor Making skins is still part of modding for me.

The problem is almost everyone wants the Viper in DCS but ED, 3rd parties probably can't get the license for F-16 for some reasons, but at this point I'm not actually surprised. Viper is still in use by almost entire world, so we can say it's still top secret project. Now Lockheed started to produce new blocks 70/72 and it makes F-16 top fighter for another couple of years. Modding is hard piece of art. I've tried to even make a mod without making a new 3D model and cockpit, but normally I have no experience. I think community should try to unite their forces and try to make 1 really super mod, than trying to make 1 by yourself and then we have milion versions with no reason. P.S. Again I agree with taylor, 2017 might be full of surprises.

Yes, I've tried to do this today with my friend, but he saw me in Su-27 which was called F-15 :D. But yeah, both players has to have mod to see each other in proper models.

F-16C Block 50 from VSN mod has F-15 cockpit and avionics.

I have a question, is it possible to get the canopy like in these skins for the default ones? I've tried probably everything but I have no idea how to change it :(.

I just checked, it works perfectly with no problem with DCS 1.5.5. EDIT: Ok there is small a problem, tail number is still on.

In the last 2-3 days there was a lot of attention around F-16 in DCS and now I'm a bit confused. Plane on screens is basic model from game, so uscstaylor, you are working on both versions, modded and basic one right? Wow, you can get really dizzy :).

So this mod works only for DCS 1.5.4 right? If yes, I think I'm gonna roll back to 1.5.4 to check it out, especially for all the American fighters.

Can you give the link for the mod? Without mod these skins have no sense to be made, you are losing your time, but if you can share a model, then it's totally fine. If you wanna do something good, you can make skin of PAF for MiG-29.

I think there is no more hope for Polish skin for MiG-29. I know it's about German AF but maybe you can make PAF skin(s)?

Yes, it is already in game, but you can see this when you are in your aircraft, and lookin at other. When you are sitting in the back cockpit of L-39 and look at your pilot his head is not moving even if he moves it... And that sucks and it'd be nice to get it.

What do I mean by synchronization between pilots? In L-39 I'd like to see when my co-pilot moves his head. And full head movement, like when I lean with TrackIR so I'd like to see how my pilot's body moves (or someone else).

Why not upgrade FC3 to all other modules standard (fully clickable) and there you go, with fully clickable MiG-29s, Su-25/25T/27/33. At least 5 "new" aircrafts. Of course if someone prefer FC3 standard as it is right now, he should have a possibility to have it as it is.

But you know F-16 was probably made by ED years ago? https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=104115&page=3 The problem is, Lockheed Martin probably don't want to sell ED a license for Falcon for some reason, that's why we don't have it in DCS. 2nd option is, Lockheed is PROBABLY using F-16 module as a simulator for adepts. But you know, it's only my speculations, fantasies and theories :) P.S I forgot about Mi-24 which was probably made at the same time as the F-16 in the link above.
