(over wifi) Not bad for 0€/month :p No ISP in the world can guarantee you a fix speed because it rely on too many factors (less true with fiber). I am an adsl technician and you wouldn't believe how many things can impact on the speed.

I don't know how people around in the DCS community do, but if I had to do it I would save the record and capture the flight with fraps on the record.
