  1. Will there be more liveries? Especially with proper air wing markings etc?
  2. It's also the Throttle friction lever, full up means full friction bottom is the lowest friction setting you can have, and if you push it down past a little stop you are now in AFK Automatisk fart kontroll (automatic speed control), If i remember correctly with gears up it is set to 600km/h down it is set to 300km/h. :)
  3. Cobra, why have you left out the airwing markings in the nose? Displaying which airwing it was from.
  4. That simulator got some pretty bad "feeling" in the joystick. You have to give ALOT of input in order for the aircraft to bank, it's really weird lol.. Nothing like the real thing behaves. The simulator NovelAir has and the one at F15 Museum Söderhamn, is ALOT better. As close you can get.
  5. AFAIK the JA37DI was wired for the aim120, but it was never used.
  6. Seems to be about same from what i heard. Will dig into this asap.
  7. I will see, i believe there might be some info. Although what i do know about the Rb75 is that it had a larger warhead than the normal ones, simply because the specific purpose was not tanks like what they are used for in i.e A10. But instead mainly bridges, but also other kinds of infrastructure. And also ships if needed, anything that was a bit larger which needed some firepower to take down. Also the Rb24j do differ from the earlier Rb24. It is specifically the Johan version you want this info on? I am Swedish so any of you swedes you can pm me about more detailed info etc i should look into. As the Swedish terms for me regarding this aircraft is just easier to understand exactly.. :pilotfly:
  8. It's hard to keep it on track though! We are soon out of things to discuss.. So. If anyone is interested in any specific type of documentation for the AJS37, hit me up here or in Pm. And i will try to make it happen with the assets i have!
  9. And it offically derailed again lol
  10. You are correct, It is the Radar stick.
  11. F15, Air wing 15. "Hälsingeflygflotilj" Söderhamn
  12. I hope you do :megalol:
  13. I guess i could've added it in the original post.. Buut everyone knows that new posts are more fun right?... Here is the swedish version of SSI, photographed directly from the book. If anyone is interested in the corresponding one for the JA just pm me and we can sort that out. I wont put it here, too lazy :P doesn't concern the AJS anyway :) here on and out, im throwing english out the window fyi.. :P
  14. Not the manual in itself, Just description of all the aircrafts components. The tech guys had their own manual called if im not mistaken UFS
  15. Are you thinking of the SFI? Or the actual description? "Beskrivning FPL 37 something something" ? That's what i got, the rest of the SFI is on the internet. you can send me pm if you like, im swedish fyi.
  16. So since this was a subject and still is a interesting subject, I'm going to sum up the start up checklist for the Viggen taken directly from a original SSI FPL 37, (Special startnings instruktion/Special startup instruction.) This is one of newest examples, published in -97 some pages as late as 2000. So it is up to date with even the AJSF/H DISCLAIMER.. There is alot of shit in this one FYI  The book: This is a detailed version for those keen to read that.. (bet most will haha) So that's the whole checklist from you get into the cockpit until engine is running more or less except for some small annotations etc. If there's interest i'll add the run up, and a few other bits. I tried making it all in english except for a few things here and there. I can also put out a complete swedish version if there is interest for that.. I also got the full detailed description of the AJS part 1-4, not sure if that is available on the internet? You tell me :smilewink:
  17. Is surging of the engine simulated?
  18. atleast we dont eat a pissed on rotten shark like them fools  jk kindof... :megalol:
  19. You did miss a few things yes ;) most crucial. You cant just hit start after flipping the LT-kran to TILL, after that, you have to move the Throttle from fuel cut position to idle. That is called HT-kran, (hög tryck/high pressure) for the high pressure fuel. Besides from that it all seems ok except from a few bits n bobs, oxygen etc. :pilotfly::)
  20. Beautiful! :D This keeps getting better and better xD
  21. Wonderful :D is the very poor performance of the way the aircraft updates your location featured? A pilot told me just today, you have to do "fixes" fix your location quite often, for example tell your radar that this is that, so it from there knows wheere you are, example a certain beach on a lake, you tell the radar "hey there's that beach" and then it'll be accurate again, but left without updates after an hour of flying, it might be showing you up to 20km wrong
  22. Yo Cobra! got a question for you! Will you add the later program they put into the AJS37's which allowed them to do toss bombing? using the CK? You guys should look it up, dont know how much info there is on it, but i know a few former pilots which did use it a bit and it was a pretty effective way of dropping all your 16 bombs without even having to expose yourself. :pilotfly:
  23. Cuz reasons lol :P In the video above of the slow pass, he is not even pushing it! Look up some older videos of an AJS or JA37 doing this slow pass! they fly much slower and goes past the 90 degree mark! he was most likely doing about 250 km/h not banking much more than 70 degrees, the used to fly about 220 when doing this maneuver. It is ofc understandable why they don't push this aircraft close to it's limit, No full reversing, not a whole lot of 6g maneuvers. All to preserve it as long as they can.
  24. To get this going again. I will ask a question which has probably been brought up before. What was the maximum range you could release a Rb04? and same for the Rb75 what is max range? START SPAMMING THIS THREAD AGAIN FOLKS
