  1. latest thing I could find that i approve of showing. Note basically everything in there has been fixed including cockpit positioning etc.
  2. I will consider posting screens when I can get the RSO seat of the blackbird set up. Currently the cockpit is textured and the RSO is unwrapped. exterior is animated (bar the chute that things is a bitch to animate) but the interior isn't. its fun to fly atm though. just need to finish some of the electronics because the gear are restricting the SFM speed to lower than 290kmh if i take off from runway.

  4. Back from lurking on the SR-71 mod im making. I managed to sort %90 of the issues out i have had so far on the mod but I now need to start implementing some of the basics of the RSO pit. its all modeled etc and its ready to go, is there a way to even just add a camera to the back pit?? If so how would i go about implementing this? Thanks, Jack.
  5. Yea I spoke to skate i think it was and apparently i need to recode the entirety of the electronics as wunderluft is out of date. I would like to continue the SR but Im a busy man. Maybe I will send it off to someone that can actually complete the development of it.
  6. Shame, I wish it was easier to just get some basics setup instead of having to jump through the entirety of the forums to find one piece of information that is either old or doesn't work anymore. Guess I'll have to abandon the project. Thanks anyway though

  8. its currently the default wunderluft setup I have only modified the default SFM data and part of the mainpanel_init.lua but I have only added the arguement numbers and there corresponding animation. But for some reason which is confusing me is why is it working with the AI and not real people.
  9. By cockpit systems scripted do you mean the mainpanel_init.lua?
  10. My own mod, i can send you the mod folder if you would like. Currently its all animated and it all works in the EDModelviewer just in game the AI can use animations and i Can't.
  11. Wondering if anyone else has encountered this, my input files are fine and I have flown next to AI and seen the exterior animations work. But when I jump in the plane the animations stop working, canopy anim doesn't work nor the gear and or the interior cockpit animations. I have set up the arguments correctly I triple checked the draw arguments and if it was that the AI wouldn't have been able to use it. Any help would be appreciate, anyone the needs screenshots of my luas just ask and ill send them ASAP.
  12. First problem, when i load from runway i can never go above 290 knots throughout the flight but if i spawn from air i can go to easy 2000+. Second problem, what argument number is the interior cockpit canopy? i tried argument 1 and that didn't work. wondering what is the argument number if anyone knows. the animation works in the EDModelviewer. Furthermore, none of the interior animations seem to work. is this to do with my input file maybe? for example most keys i have noted dont actually work in the mod, example. flaps dont work gear does work so does parachute and eject etc, But none of the interior animations are showing. Edit: Forgot to mention the 3d coordinate system. my cockpit will never go where i tell tell it to in the 3d coordinates defined in the main lua. it will always go center mass or the origin point no matter where i define it in 3d space.   14. Mind if i send you guys the mod folder? see if you get the same error?. Just a heads up air spawn so you can get better speed. takeoff is buggy but landing works
  15. Flying faster means sounds and land generation has to be loaded far faster. This can put a massive strain on ram and Vram as objects have to be loaded faster,
  16. Anyone having problems flying anything above mach 3 and beyond? I can get my mod to a stable 70,000 feet but when I hit mach 3 the chance of crashes just increases exponentially. I have gotten to 2100 kts at 80,000 feet but never successfully been able to hold it without a crash of some sort and i have enough ram etc (16gb) wonder if anyone else has been able to do such things without crashing.
  17. I am using yesterdays (26/4/2016) build for both the EDM export plugin and EdModelViewer.
  18. Ok update. I managed to finally get the model into ed model viewer. but it is completely hit and miss on the export. %50 of the time it gives me some chinese character error the other %50 it imports it into ed model viewer at a huge scale. I had to remap all of the uv maps then edit the channel info. however the model looks like a complete mess now that it edited some of the objects 3d position. Maybe i need to force apply the position scale and rotation of it. edit for people that want to see my .edm settings. http://imgur.com/Pjgfy80

I'm exporting using FBX binary 7.4 with the UV box selected, I also tried exporting with OBJ ofcourse with UV's selected. furtermore I tried exporting via .3ds which made no difference. bottom half http://imgur.com/LrUZeDs top half http://imgur.com/NgJrDtT Edit if you both want i can link the clean .blender file so you can both look at it and see if it is broken for you.

  25. Its a pain I own 3DSMax but when I export it as an EDM it wont show up in the Modelviewer. Do I have to apply textures?
