Is it broke with the Stennis as well? I've got Cat I down pretty decent, and I can hand fly a Cat III no problem. Was just trying out the ACLS today and noticed I needed to be 100ft at 9 miles out to be on glideslope, ha.

So it's very possible I could be doing something wrong, but when I go to activate ACLS with the nosewheel steering button the plane pitches WAY down even though I'm right on glideslope. Any ideas? I've tried on the SC and Stennis. Also I need to be at like 300ft 4 miles out to be on glide path, which just can't be right.

Yeah, for now, I'm just dealing with enabling the mouse and being able to move it out of the way. Not ideal, but hopefully just a temporary fix.

So will it be more among the lines of control input overlay? Because I like the overlay, it’s a huge help for VR. I just don’t want the white dot that stays displayed.

So just tried the SC for the first time tonight. I loved it...except for one thing. When on final and when the IFLOLS pops up, the white dot pops up as well. The same one that shows up when you open the radio menus. And since I use my head to move the cursor and not the mouse, the white dot is right in the middle of my view, while on final. Pretty annoying, pretty distracting. Any idea on how to not have this happen, or what is causing it. I'll be able to do some more self troubleshooting tomorrow after work.

Dude, it's a game.

So I've been away from DCS for a while, came back and updated my voice attack and all that. Now it's not working. I get the tone that my command has been accepted but nothing happens in the game. Also when I have the Vaicom Pro config window open, it doesn't show the aircraft I'm in, only "- - - -" Any help would be appreciated.

So everything was working great this morning, then the update came out and now nothing is working. VoiceAttack is hearing everything, it's just not translating to anything in the game. EDIT: Okay got that sorted out but now the weird thing is I press my PTT, say what I want and release my PTT. The command doesn't go through unless I quick press and release my PTT again. It's like it gets queued up, and then you press the PTT to transmit it. So some more messing around. It seems if I turn Easy comms on, that issue goes away and everything acts how it should.

Black screen when clicking "OK" after mapping controls. As the title says, every time I try to map a control and click okay the game just goes to a black screen. I have to Alt-Tab out and close the game in the taskbar. It's a bummer because I've been looking forward to flying this, but since I can't map any controls looks like it'll have to wait until a patch fixes this. I need this because I need a HOTAS to get my girlfriend up and flying!

I'm struggling with the F4s. After the merge and the turnaround, I get maybe one chance to hit them while they cross in front of me. After that, they hit the burners and climb to 40k and I don't get another chance to shoot them.

I also have main gear blowouts above 150-160 on takeoff roll which in turn will break the ADC. That seems a tad slow in my opinion.

Hm, that might just have done it. I also went in and checked the curves and everything on the axis for the throttles. As of now it's working again. Thanks for the tip!

I have a Warthog HOTAS. I have the throttle idle/off set as throttle button 30(left engine) and 29(right engine). I have no problems having the throttles move from off to idle for start up. But on shut down they will not move from idle to off. Any ideas? EDIT: Also just tried clearing the idle/off bindings and going to a straight this switch is idle, this switch is off. Still will not go from idle to off.
