  1. Hello again, I figured it out. You have to use the Module Manager within game. Though I had to insert the key again. Kind of redundant. Anyway, I guess this might be written somewhere and I just missed it. Sorry if that's the case.
  2. Hi, When I go the website the modules are purchased and the keys are ok. It's just not showing on the game itself, either 1.5 or 2.0.
  3. Hi So I bought two campaigns for the A-10, the F-5 and the Gazelle on steam and did exactly as I did for the previous purchases: Went to the digitalcombatsimulator.com page, under "license check" I binded the serial to my account and now this page shows I got all these products. HOWEVER These modules don't light up on either the DCS 1.5 or DCS 2.0 simulators. When I run the mouse over the only option is to buy them. What's up?
  4. I read somewhere that if you have the TM HOTAS Warthog you shouldn't mess with curves as it degrades the joy+thr performance. So I never messed with the curves, should I. Anyway, I was able to get KILLED, not crashed, really killed by the boom twice... :(
  5. Hi I am relatively new to the Warthog but I'm trying my best. I would love to fly with other more experienced pilots with a bit of patience to a newb like me. I am struggling with bomb runs and inflight refueling. I also want to go deeper into systems like CDU and TAD programming and would love to do some coop missions to learn more. Any help would be appreciated so I hope this offer is still up.
  6. Hi Lobo Thank you so much for your reply. Meanwhile, I've found these other omissions: Page 30 Shutdown After MFCD(L/R) ... OFF -> Radios (VHF, ILS, etc) ... OFF Before Inverter Switch ... OFF -> External Lights (Pinky Switch) ... OFF -> Internal Lights ... OFF Do you have any idea when you'll be releasing this new version?
  7. Again, thank you for your precious help. I am getting better at all weapon systems, but I am staying away from MK82 Air, I just can't make them hit the targets with minimum precision. Now my concentration is fully on learning the deep programming of the CDU and TAD. Oh, and air refuelling? it's so damn hard... :(
  8. You're right. Mea Culpa. I also call "bug" to my horny ( F18 ) and people give me flak. Be sure, though, these are all caring names and not offenses! :)
  9. Hi I've found some major omissions on your checklist: Page 5 - There should be an AFTER Start Checklist, but even not having one, you should move the APU GEN and APU OFF from the Taxi Checklist to immediately after both engine starts. The Engines are already generating power and APU is no longer necessary. Where you have it at the bottom of Before Taxi is about 10minutes afterwards. Page 30 - Shutdown SAS Switches to OFF are omitted. Oxigen Panel shutdown is omitted, should be between MFCD (L/R) shutdown and EGI Switch for cockpit flow dynamic. Boost Pumps Main and Boost Pumps Wings switches OFF is also omitted between Right Throttle OFF and Canopy OPEN, again for cockpit workflow logic. Also Canopy OPEN should be placed as IF NOT ALREADY OPEN since you repeat this step in After Landing Checklists. If I may ask, is there a writable version? I would love to include some of my notes and references. I would never release it without proper acknowledging your authoring. Thanks in advance.
  10. VRS did an awesome job with their SuperBug for Prepar3D. With Tacpack you can use most systems (perhaps more than P3D can really handle).
  11. Most of my experience comes from F-16 and F-18 simulators. So it's kind of a step back to the Warthog, especially compared to the Super Hornet. The systems on the super bug are much simpler to operate or have less steps, especially the targeting logic. Anyway, loving it. I read here some third party was doing the F-14. Shame, I really wanted the Hornet in DCS, but this will have to wait I guess.
  12. Thank you all for your help. I got a lot of homework to do. This is the best community I have ever been. All my questions are answered and with detail. Thanks. I'll return here if anything further happens.
  13. Also, is there any way to set up a second screen to place the MFDs?
  14. Hi all. Let me tell you first I'm loving this flying pig. It's a learning process but I'm getting the hang of it. I just need some help with some small issues I'm having: 1- Are the MK-82 AIR so imprecise? I keep trying several modes (CCRP or CCIP 3/9) but the bombs are too imprecise. These are the only dumb bombs I keep missing the target. 2- Do you need to paint the target with NWS for the GBU-10/12? They some times fly beyond the target and miss it. 3- What is the mininum angle I can shoot a Maverick? I noticed that when I am at least 30º angle from the target, even with lock the missile will drop but miss the target. Do I need to be pointed at the target to shoot (The F18 doesn't require a direct approach). 4- In night operations using NVGs, how do I set up the MFDs so that the white text (like NOT SOI) don't blind the rest of the image? I can adjust brightness, contrast and all that, but the letters are always too bright. 5- Is there a way to adjust the digital clock brightness individually? Whenever I adjust instrument brightness for the front panel the clock turns bright green and is unreadable. 6- Why does, every time I touchdown on the runway and vacate it, after a little while there's a master warning, the MFD's blink and then return to normal? Is this normal? 7- How do I setup SADL Ownship and Group IDs? 8- Is it possible to assign targets to other planes (AI and MP Players)? A small tutorial would be awesome. Additional quick question, out of pure curiosity: Why aren't there Radar missiles for the A10C? Those SA-12 would be history quickly.
