  1. This tactic was used by Michael Wittmann on June 13, 1944, when in just one hour he destroyed 21 tanks and 28 other armored vehicles of the British 7th Armoured Division near the village of Villers-Bocage. I know it, but honestly I have never applied it with the A4-E. Thank you very much for the tip I will definitely apply it. Hi.
  2. .Photowriters I read your very interesting post carefully and I agree that the loads should be as close to reality as possible. In fact in the mission I did to test the Scooter the weapon loads are what in the Mission Editor are considered allowed or very similar to reality. Aware that we are using a simulator, which tries to be as faithful to the original, I do not know if what you have very well exposed has been addressed in part or completely ignored. I only know that as a virtual pilot of the Huey I use a lot of rockets and in fact on the Scooter I adore the Zuni, which never played any funny tricks. Anyway I enjoy my A4-E trying to stay close to reality as best I can and honestly I look forward to reading your answers. Take care.
  3. Korie lthat actually wouldn't be a bad idea, but it would be great if they implemented, the developers or whoever makes mods, the guide bar on the cat. A beautiful dream, that would make this wonderful mod even more awesome. I love the scooter madly.
  4. Sorry I don't know English well and rely on a translator. Did you make it available as a mod or did you make it just for you ?
  5. Devil 505 I agree with you wholeheartedly. I think it's time for a great update for the Huey, even if it's for a fee, but let them do it. But I think as far as the ED is concerned words are wasted. They have too much and other stuff on the fire. The hope would be that an outside developer would be allowed to do this work.
  6. I also have this manual, but here we are talking about a very accurate simulation and not a real A4-E and so you can find possible differences, that nothing take away from this fantastic module. Hi.
  7. Thank you so much and we hope you have all the success you deserve !
  8. Hi. In the folder "DCSWorld/Doc/Charts" there is a PDF file called DCS_GND_Charts in which you can find all the information and maps of the airports of the Caucasus map. The airports of other maps I don't know where to find.
  9. Thanks for the tip Helles. I love A4-E because it is challenging to master, and then I get excited when from 7000feet I jump on target, release at 4000feet and disengage at 3000feet. Maybe I'm silly or elated, but it gives me a great feeling, even if it's virtual.
  10. Gunfreak, excuse me, but before installing 2.0 did you delete the old version and then put the new A4-E folder, because everything works fine for me in that configuration and I assure you that the 20mm cannons do not fire. I'm sorry that you can't solve the problem and I don't know how to help you anymore. Wet Feet!
  11. I have put you, Gunfreak the screenshots of the button settings and the knob to fire only the rockets with the stick trigger . So you only fire the rockets and the 20mm cannons don't fire. I hope this image will help you.
  12. I have mapped two keys to fire rockets: one is the main stick trigger, the other a throttle button. If you put the Weapon Function Selector Switch on Rockets you shoot with the trigger you use for the 20mm cannon, but you keep the cannon deactivated, if you shoot with the Bomb Release Button you don't have to deactivate the 20mm cannon and you only shoot rockets. I hope this is what you meant.
  13. Anatoli I fly with the Huey, but I have never had a similar problem, could you explain better what you mean ? Thank you.
  14. Thank you very much for the invitation but I have not mastered the language and therefore cannot interact with other guys who are not Italian speaking. For the written I use the translator "DeepL" which is really fantastic. Bye.
  15. Helles Belle I agree with everything you wrote and I have a lot of fun with the Scooter, but despite having the pedal board I am honest I have a hard time on the deck of an aircraft carrier, while on the ground everything runs smoothly. I have downloaded your tracks and will take a look at them. Greetings from Italy.
  16. Oh Yeah ! This is a problem!
  17. I did not find the S-3 Tracker, but a Grumman S-2 Tracker.
  18. A1-H Skyraider would really be a great module.
  19. I only have DCS as a simulator and the videos I see of the A4 on the Tube. Thank you.
  20. I think you have given a good idea to eliminate this inconvenience. I hope the community will listen to you.
  21. The maneuver gets pretty easy after a while, but you have to practice doing it until you get it parked well enough. The greatest difficulty I had it on the deck of the aircraft carriers where most of the time I end up in the water.
  22. Thank you guys for your time, passion and love for this module and those who believe in it. Better than this 2022 could not have started, at least for me, and many successes in this 2022 that I hope is fabulous for you. With much love !
  23. You are right! On aircraft carriers it is dramatic to line up with the catapult. In fact they were towed into position because they didn't have the steering wheel they used the brakes on the wheels and the tail rudder to steer. This on the carrier means that most of the time you end up in the water or you get a nervous breakdown wandering around on deck. On land the problem is almost nil. I use a rudder pedal and the RZ key on the TWCS. I advise you to use the brakes gently and keep the engine at 70% max 75% and then it takes practice but you willsee that eventually you will make it, on land!
