  1. if you can give some more info maybe we can help you are you making your own profile or using one some one else made? is voice attack recognizing your commands? green dots in the voice attack window is voice attack sending commands to DCS? dose the view change randomly when you try to use a voice command ? Attempting to make own profile. Green dots showing. Systems reacting to voice.....on/off/open/close When I attempt to call "tower" or "comms" it skips to external F2 view or no reaction at all. Same results in Nevada as in (that other place) The not Nevada one. Seems to be working for frooglism fella. ? I'm late for work just now but a push to talk button ? Could that be it?
  2. Having the same issue, Just purchased voice attack, found this same issue and did the same as yourself. Just as you say. Have followed the advice but not fixed yet, Did you find an answer that worked? Will keep trying, but if you found a magic button I would like to know where it is.
  3. I'm running two versions of the sim. I have two separate installs, one is 1.5 the other is 2 beta thing. I have modules installed in the beta version (thanks to the weekend sale) All working sweet as. Now, when I open the 1.5 version, it detects that I have modules that can be installed? The same that I have just downloaded and installed in the beta 2 version. Are you with me so far? Can I use the same key's and run the new modules in the 1.5 without penalty in regards to number of activation's? The reason I ask is I'm about to go and have my dinner (butter chicken and rice) but if no advice by my return I will just try it anyway. And post what happens. I went for the Nevada map thing after first trying the 1.5. Upon opening the beta 2 version I don't find much in the way of training, hence I'm running the two versions. PS The modules are FC3, and P-51D
  4. New to this simulator flying thing. having great difficulty with takeoffs and landings. Would be easier if they didnt build the runways 50' long and a mile wide!
  5. "The mission editor is quite easy to use" Nope! Wait, the mist is lifting. Great when you can learn something new.
  6. Frosty Cheers Bro, cousins in Rotorua......thats 80% of the population. Tell her I said hullo, Kia Ora cichlidfan Thanks for that, Yep the practice. I think it's too early to blame the program, I will just keep pecking away at it.
  7. cichlidfan Here is an example of the "speak" I mentioned. The crashes are not the computer or software variety. They are the falling off the runway/smoke/flames/debris type. As a result of player input. I do thank you for the offer of help. We up in the Southern Hemisphere have our own way, I guess. It must look awesome on a 4k monitor and all that gear you have? illuzian Cheers, thanks for that. I will check it out. Buzzles Ha Ha, it's not a town, it's a city. And it's not a smell it's an aura. It is lovely, but blokes here don't use that word. Thank you all for reading and your input is appreciated. Just over a week now and boasting of TWO landings. Yep TWO successful landings, read it and weep fellas. TWO. Yeah still "crashing" a lot. Just over a week ago I couldn't spell pilet, now I are one.
  8. Just in early days of using this program. Lots of crashes, lots. Looking through these forums for tips/hints/answer's whenever it feels "something isn't quite right" Lots of crashes. It takes sometime before finding the right thread or post or just finding someone who speaks the same as you do. I see a plethora of people trying to help, but giving advice that although it answer's the question, it's in a different "speak". Yeah having difficulty explaining that. There is little substitute for getting, and understanding advice than in a face to face scenario. A one on one, personal mentoring. Hence the topic of the thread/post thing. I'm in Rotorua. And wondering if there are other players in the same city? If you are not aware of where Rotorua is, then skip this post. This is not a prison thing, I'm not looking for a date, I don't want to borrow your lawnmower. I 'm thinking it may be handy to meet (in a neutral location) have a coffee, and bitch and moan about cross wind takeoff's or how marvelous these joysticks are and what a challenge this program can be. Also handy if one or the other has seen a bargain re modules etc. If your not from Rotorua, well have fun flying anyway.
