  1. Hi Capt Zeen, I have used Helios with the Gazelle profile some time ago, thanks for that great work. I have now configured the TV on a separate monitor and would like to do the same with RWR but that does not work. I have modified the init.lua file in the "Indicator" sub directory of RWR (like I did for TV) but no display appears on the dedicated monitor. Do you have some hint please? Sorry to interfere in that thread but the subject is related to the same topic. Thx
  2. Could you find anything out regarding my issue ? Last night I could successfully fly Huey and Gazelle but DCS still crashed when selecting a Ka-50 slot. Thanks
  3. It seems Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable was installed yesterday so I can't install an older version (anyway 2015 version was already installed since December 2017).
  4. As previously said I already tried a cleanup and repair. Yes my head tracker is a trackIR. I check for Windows component asap. Thx
  5. Hi, Here are the logs (I didn't find either "msinfo.nfo" or "dxdiag.txt" on my system drive). My specs are : Windows 10 64 bits (1709 update) i7-5930K 3.5 GHz RAM 16 Gb GPU GTX 980 Ti DCS is installed on a 500 Gb SSD drive Thanks in advance for your help. Logs.zip
  6. Hi BIGNEWY, Thanks a lot for your answer coz it seems I am the only one to encounter that issue. I send you the logs asap.
  7. I have cleaned up and repaired DCS but the issue remains... No one has any idea of what could be wrong ? The Shark is my favourite helo and DDCS my favourite MP server [emoji852]️ I feel so alone [emoji16]
  8. Thx for the video. I expected some shots from a safer range (3-4 km), the Shark's nose is almost touching the target when firing rockets [emoji16]
  9. Maybe the sling indicator could help if it was still working in 2.5 (but IIRC it appears only when crate is on the ground and is useful when lifting the load up).
  10. As title says... The issue only occurs with Ka-50 (choosing any other helo module is ok) and hasn't disappeared after last 2.5 update. I would appreciate if the DDCS admin could check the server logs, maybe it could give me some clue about what goes wrong. Any idea is welcome, thx.
  11. I have already tested that Helios profile but I don't like it much. I would prefer to get TV and RWR on dedicated screens (I can use cockpit view for indicators and gauges).
  12. In 2.5 I could manage to export TV as described above but I can't get the same result with RWR. Was anyone successful to export it on a dedicated monitor? Thx
  13. I know but I would like to get back the same behaviour as 1.5 that is to say having all names written on the ABRIS when zooming enough.
  14. Since 2.5 OB I could notice the names of villages (and maybe some other useful information) do not appear in ABRIS anymore. So I have to use F10 map to check a location where threats have been reported (for example "GRID FH73 xxx" where xxx is a village name). I checked in 1.5.8 and this information still display on ABRIS. Sorry if that issue has already been reported (my search results do not say so).
  15. Pushing and holding the trim button deactivates AP channels so you don't have to fight against them. Regarding FD, last time I read the manual I understood it gives some indicators (directors) to maintain a given attitude and altitude but you have to do the job yourself using the cyclic and collective sticks. I didn't understand it works like AP. Anyway why would there be 2 systems providing the same function ? @TaFnlz : it seems you use FD as a mean to deactivate AP channels and not for its real purpose (getting some flight directors). But why not if that works for you [emoji4]
  16. I guess you wanted to write "its sooo much easier for me just to use the other trim" [emoji39]
  17. On the Ka-50 you have to push the trim button BEFORE moving the stick, then move the stick to get the pitch you want and release trim button. Repeating those steps several times adds new trim input to previous stored amount. In your case you get pitch -10 by moving the stick, then by pushing trim button you ADD -10 (trim value from neutral stick position to actual position). That way you end with twice the value you intended to get.
  18. +1[emoji4]
  19. Same for AI units and civil traffic, a fast car can overtake a column of tanks just passing through them. Could be useful IRL [emoji23]
  20. I don't agree. I don't know if the mini stick is digital or analogue but when I use it to move the Shkval, the speed depends on how far I move it. Pushing the button on the stick is obviously an on/off status.
  21. + 50 000 [emoji16] I recently answered a post about the never ending story "is there a way to get some FLIR-like capability for the Shark". I talked about Nero's setting used in his great work about HUD and Shkval (congrats again Nero [emoji4]) and I immediately got caught by the realism police saying it's just cheating and giving me tons of modules which could be updated or upgraded too if we go that way [emoji852]️
  22. The slew control works fine for me on Ka-50 (I use the stick to quickly move the Skhval and recenter it by pushing the button). The collective stick mapped to the throttle is ok too. Sorry coz it doesn't help you much... But it's not a 2.5 bug for sure [emoji16]
  23. you're welcome[emoji16]
  24. Sorry Devrim, I just read your previous post below in the Ka-50 dedicated section... https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=202837
