  1. The above problem was listed as reported before the last stable update, but I still can't see AN-M 64's in the Bomb in Zone condition. This is annoying because, for those who build missions with the P-51 as player's aircraft, this bomb is the only one available. It was there until late 2019, as far as I recall but then mysteriously disappeared. Anyone know what's going on?

  3. Mission file-Sinking ships Thanks again BIGNEWY, Attached ( I hope) is a mission with 3 ships. The farthest from the shore is A.I. (no problem with this) the next closest is a static ship which will spontaneously sink after 3 or 4 minutes from mission start. Third ship is also static but will not sink because it is in very shallow water. Please advise if the file does not transmit as I am unsure of how to attach files to forum replies.   4. Ship objects (not A.I.) placed in single missions (Normandy) sink after about 3 minutes from mission start. This does not happen if ships placed in shallow water (e.g. near beaches). Has anyone else got this problem? Regards, Mich.

  7. Hi BIGNEWY, Attached is mission example of the mission trigger problem. I think it may extend beyond the Ju-88.
  8. I constructed a simple air-to-air mission where 8 hits on a Ju-88 unit sets a flag. On expiry of 5 seconds, the Ju. should explode with an intensity of 400 - but it doesn't. Have tried it without the flag delay, but no luck. Has anyone had the same problem? Any suggestions? Mich.

  10. Thanks Snapage & Raisuli, I 've tried to lift flaps lever with mouse. It moves up but springs back when mouse button released. Flaps are mapped to my CH throttles switches. Never had problems before version 2.5.6, but I accept that could be coincidental. Have sought help from User Support and have followed their advice, but so far no luck. Mich.
  11. Thanks for your suggestions Mike & Carbheat, The hydraulic pressure release is not the cause. Nor will flaps retract with parking brake off on ground. Overspeeding the flaps is beyond my control when mission begins airborne, because they are fully down at mission start with airspeed of 240 knots. This is the crux of the problem: WHY are they down on a flying aircraft at mission start? Can't get them up even with the default key mapping for retraction of flaps. I'll try yet another DCS repair, but if anyone shares this bug I'd like to hear from you. Mich.
  12. I have been flying the Mustang with no flap problems since it was released . Since the last stable update I notice that the P-51, whether starting on the ground or in the air, has its flaps fully extended. When I try to raise them, they will not retract. They remain down for the whole mission. Can anyone help? Thanks, Mich.
  13. Same problem here. Ju's are correctly armed. I've placed at least 2 waypoints before target, have tried adding waypoint "bombing" option and altitudes down to 100ft. Tried both moving and stationary, naval and merchant ships. Ju's just fly over target, wobble around a bit and then drop their wheels as if to land. Wouldn't it be nice if E.D. just gave us a clue on these problems.
  14. I've been trying in Mission Ed. to get these new aircraft to release torpedoes ( Ju 88) and bombs (A-20) without success. I have armed them correctly and tried all waypoint options. Can anyone help? Thanks, Mich

  17. Can anyone advise if, in M.E., it is possible to activate a self-recorded radio sound file using a key or button stroke rather than a trigger? Thanks, Mich.
  18. Hi Rolds, Not sure if this will work, but perhaps you could create a small Moving Zone and have your ship unit enter it, then trigger a smoke & fire effect within that zone, e.g. with a unit damaged condition. Regards, Mich.

  22. I know that this bug has been raised before, but unsure if it is actually reported. Has anyone been able to find the DCS file where the list might be edited to re-include the An M-64? It was in the list before and just seemed to disappear sometime last year. Mich.
  23. Recently flew the Sabre for first time in couple of months. Noticed that there is no pipper on HUD in gun mode. This appears briefly when I turn the brightness knob, but disappears after about a half second. Likewise the panel lights show only briefly when their brightness adjusted, then go off. Anyone else with this problem? Mich.

  25. Hi Sunstag, Thanks for your comment. I have attempted to add 2 Actions (Conditions) in the same window, (and 2 Events out of one Action) but trigger always failed. I shall give it another go. Could you advise if you've been able to successfully trigger 2 Events with one Action Trigger? All the best, Mich
