When O2 tank for pilot is empty you cannot rearm it. You need to switch plane to have new full o2 tank

I belive that button is fuel cutoff. U pull throttle full back and then u press that button so throttle "locks" one step back. It is required by APU i believe to first have throttle in fuel cutoff and then after APU is running (around 11% of rpm) to push throttle forward to idle. That switch is also used to turn off engine. To be fair that throttle "lock" is also present in Viggen and MiG 21 so its not just Mirage using this mechanism. So to turn off engine: Fuel cutoff button pumps off (left/right) fire extinguisher off.

Remember its pure delta wing so it requires different flying philosophy then e.g f-15
-
Well when u convert MRGS to lat/long you propably get degress(°)/minutes(')/seconds('') format. M2k uses degrees/minutes/decimal seconds format so what u need to do is type in INS degrees/minutes and then take 2 first digits of seconds('') from classic lat/long and divide it by 60 to get decimal of it and type that in the end into INS.

Well M2k should fight F-15s and Su27s in 80s setting (aim7/27R/27T) as it is 80s fighter. Super 530 is best 80s missile i would say. However when its facing aim120s and ER/ETs then its outclassed. Thing which is great for mirage thats its currently only (early) 4gen fighter with full fidelity cockpit. But adding to GBU12 bombs: If u drop them with BAD INS bombing mode, then you can toss them over the mountain, which is cool;) . I think M2k is totally worth but keep in mind that its in beta and because of harrier its going to be in beta for little longer then "two weeks" i am afraid... M2k makes u learn how to effectively manage your armament and fuel. In "Git Gud" way...;)
-
Actually aside changing it in DCS settings (in main menu) you can also change it in game. I think shortcut for it is left alt+ Y. Unfortunately u cant change the metric/imperial during game...
-
Heh, I used friendly JTAC and BAD toss bombing in M2000C and yes. Its great fun :P
-
I already told you, did u tried "" key? Did u turned radios on? (Do you have selected frequencies displayed in little screen on right side of Autopilot or do you got dashes)
-
I think NCTR works in M2k by counting blades in Engine intake, so it need to see it (Head on only) to be able to do it
-
Bug is still present...
-
At 100 knots? I thinks falling like a rock at that speed for delta wing is correct response :P
-
I guess you just use "empty.dds" in all tail # spaces
-
I think you need to ask awacs for bearings to L-39 training aircraft, intercept them and do mock dogfight with them. They are some distance like 30 nm away and going cold at first so u may not find them on ur own radar. Ask awacs and follow it (or check f10 map if u play with units location option on)
-
Well I think they pomp fuel to engines. Engine with fuel is happy engine ;)
-
Tomi read the my previous post
-
Ehm, did you try just "\" backslash? Did you turn radios on? Or are there dashed lines in the current frequencies screen?
-
well button cover closed (but it doesnt really do anything just for safety not to press it by mistake) and starter switch to off (first one to right from start engine button)

Well airspeed is recorded by measuring the air pressure in pitot tube. At 30k feet there is less air than at 0 feet. So obviously Indicated Air Speed would be lower. Thats why when flying at high alts you should pay attention to Mach speed on HUD or even better set your INS parameter to TR/VS which shows you in INS: Left field ETA to next waypoint in minutes and in right field Ground Speed. So speed in relation to ground another thing, Well M2000C is pure 80s fighter and it should fight flankers and eagles in 80s setting (Aim7s/R27Rs/R27Ts) or even better MiG29As. It clearly little outdated in 90s settings with amraams
-
were you flying in January? thats known bug for M2k. Magnetic declination (DEC on INS parameter) instead of around 6 becomes 100 (So in January instead of magnetic bearings you can use True Headings, switch to CV on HSI). Otherwise when u tick that option, all you need to do is to switch mode to NAV and you are good to go (on months other than January)
-
hmm Boom and Zoom a in missile edge? I am not sure about its efficiency, especially against AIM 120s... Besides I think you need to be higher or lower than 30k Feet as you will most probably contrail and everything in 20 miles should easily spot you even using Mk I eyeballs. Well it may work in 104th where its easy to be distracted, but personally I would fly higher or lower contrail
-
yeah, but kill messages appears in chat itself as well. If server is like 104th then whole chat scrolls very fast and player actual message may be lost in clutter.
-
LoL what, using mig21 against F15? Yeah sure you are at disadvantage. Its whole generation of difference. I was talking about Cold War servers MiG21 vs F5s :P

Or join clan or something ;) | | ↓

I like R3R as its seem as only reliable missile with head on capability. And it scares the shit out of target making it much harder for them to shoot at you
-
IN openconflict it should work fine, You can switch between TEAM or ALL channels. Remember not everyone is reading the chat as it can clutter quite easily with all those kill messages. I guess you need to spam chat, or even better join public TeamSpeak server or hop on Simple Radio
