  2. Holy moly. Awsome model. Cant wait for more!
  3. I got these numbers from the instruments. What the.. Can someone tell me, what the 'Zero Fuel Weights' of both Mig-29 types, are, please?

  5. Today, i compared the Mig-29 S and the Mig-29 A in Lock On. Mig-29A_____________________________________Mig-29S max. fuel: 4400kg______________________________max. fuel: 3720kg total time on afterburner 3:43 minutes_____________total time on afterburner: 3:52 minutes HUH? Mig-29 A has stronger engines, maybe?
  6. I see. Thanks a lot for your quick replys. :) Realy helped me out.
  7. I see. I fly the Mig-29S from Russia. Are all Mig-29 versions, (A or S) with the same maximum fuel capacity or can other versions take more fuel with them?
  8. Hi everyone, i noticed something strange in my Mig-29S. Even if i go to the mission editor and set 100 % fuel, or if im in the mission, on the ground and use the maintenence to refuel my aircraft with 100 % of fuel, the maximum amount, i can take with me is 3720 kg. Does someone know, how i can increase the amount, to take more fuel with me? Droptanks dont change a thing. Thanks in advance.
  9. JASDF Airbase Matsushima after the Tsunami. According to the Japanese Defence Ministry, seawater from the tsunami has damaged 28 aircraft, including 18 Mitsubishi F-2 fighters of the JASDF's 21st Hikotai. A number of the damaged aircraft are expected to be total writeoffs. Matsushima is also home to The Blue Impulse aerobatics team of the JASDF's 11th Hikotai, which were fortunately not at the base at the time, along with UH-60J helicopters and U-125s of the Matsushima Kyunantai (Air Rescue Squadron). 10. Thats what i call a wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide screen.
  11. Thanks for your reply, SilentEagle. Well, i kinda expected an answer like that. Looks like, i need to buy a new PC, that still gets me good fps, when recording with Fraps in realtime.
  12. Livestream is working fine, because its running real time with 25 fps. :music_whistling: Though, thats not enough for movie making.
  13. Will take a look into it. Thanks for the info. EDIT: Just checked the mod. There are only 3 .TGA files. No possible to change something, that for my use. Thanks anyway.
  14. For some coming movie projects, im trying to change some settings in FC2, to make the smoke look smoother and the smoke trail longer. Taking a look into countless files, that include the name 'smoke' or 'dym'(smoke in russia), didnt help much. Deleting all those files hadnt even a slight effect on the smoke. What i want to change: I think, the smoke thickness is dependent on your fps per second. The more fps you have, the thicker will the smoke be. Imagen the smoke as little objects. One object will spawn every on new frame. The more frames, the more objects. For movie making, to have a smoother recording with more FPS, i slow down the game speed to 0.5 (1/2 speed). So if i record with 25 FPS and speed up the video, i get twice as FPS(50 FPS). As example, i shot these screenshots, showing very clearly the change(and problem) in the smoke: Game speed is 1.0, FPS are locked to 25, that means in real time, i watched this loop with 25 FPS. Game speed is 0.5, FPS are locked to 25, that means in real time, i watched this loop with 50 FPS. To put that into one sentense, the more fps in a certain timezone, the more smoke particles will spawn. Here, very clearly visible. The smoke is getting thicker, because with 1/2 speed you have a lot fps on a certain timezone. All these smoke particles spawn twice as fast as normal out of the generator, that srews up the smoke. The aircrafts speed also is fault of the smoke thickness. At a stable fps rate, the you have more space between the smoke particles, if you fly fast. Compared, if you fly slow, the smoke particles are a lot closer to eachother. That makes the smoke trail shorther and thicker. Shorter, because there is only a certain number of smoke particles per smoke generator aviable. To make the smoke look better, i want to change(if that is anyhow possible) the number of smoke particles, that spawn on every new frame. Im out of ideas, how to manipulate the smoke in FC2. If someone can help me out, im looking forward to every reply. :)
  15. Ah thanks a lot, guys. That realy helps us out, here. :)
  16. Thanks. :) Now, i only need to find out the name of the wall. :music_whistling:
  17. For some days, i try out to find the name of the lom files, of these two objects. Maybe someone of you can tell me the names. :) This grey hangar This wall Thanks a lot in advance.
  18. Topol, do you have a modman version, to install all skins(,that replace the defaults from the F-15)? If not, then i will put them together. Feel like flying some as JASDF. :music_whistling: :)
  19. Looks awsome! Are you doing this terrain mainly for DCS or also for FC2? :music_whistling:
  20. This is great stuff, SE.
  21. For the end of the year 2010, here my personal favourites of "VAT "Berkuts" screenshots, of this year. Flying a 10-ship formation on the 9. May Event. Flying a practise on the 24th August. Showtime on VFAT 2010. Safe and sound, on the ground after 40 minutes of an high precision and dynamic display. See us in 2011!
  22. Merry Christmas, everyone.
