Mikoyan, by training, training and training.

For me, switching to FC2 was also questionable. I did a lot of testing with Windows 7 and FC1 / FC2. Long story short, i have 3 whole fps more in FC2 than in FC1 in comparable graphic settings(basicly everything on high). But since FC2 has more detail and other features, from my point of view, FC2 is running smoother.

so i recorded my first track ...
Sawamura replied to chafa2's topic in Lock On: Flaming Cliffs 1 & 2
Recording tracks in FC2 got a lot more difficult. If you do funny things while flying, for example bounce into the ground with crashes off, the whole track will be ruined. It feels like, the record system got unstable. Half of all my tracks are messed up. The best tips to have a high chance, to record a stable track is to taxi in center of taxiway with less ruder movements as possible taxi in a decend speed(not to slow, not to fast) not taxi over dirt or grass not to take screenshots while flying, which also could produce lags in case of aerobatic flying with crashes off, not to bounce into the ground. I cant warrant, that this works, but this will certainly increase the chances. -
Holy smokes, thats some very high detail. Cant wait for the finished model. :)

Revival of Olympic opening ceremonies - Virtual Blue Impulse
Sawamura replied to Sawamura's topic in Screenshots and Videos
@<51>GRIZZLY, We are working on it. Stay tuned. :) -
JASDF Blue Impulse 50th anniversary In 2010, the JASDF Blue Impulse celebrate its 50th anniversary of foundation. Starting in 1960 with the F-86F Sabre, the young and motivated new squadron was ready to climp on new limits of their flight skills to build up a high quality program. In 1982, the switch the first time to another aircraft. The Mitsubishe T-2, an very elegant trainer jet, will be the new ride for the five demo pilots. Finaly, in 1996, they switched to the more dynamic and more agile trainer jet, the Kawasaki T-4. With also adding a 6th pilot to the group, they shaped up an gracefull and powerfull display, that slowly gets the attention of many other countries, out of Japan. Old days, like today's, they keep training around 5 days per week to be ready everytime, everywhere and in every wheater and terrain condition. To honor all crew members, officers and supporters of the 4th Wing, 11th Squadron JASDF Blue Impulse, their friends of the Virtual Blue Impulse would like to dedicate their newest movie production to them. This special video is the revival of the Olympic Opening flights in Tokyo 1964 and Nagano 1998. Prepared in plenty of hours, flown each opening only once and recoded all material from these tracks, the Virtual Blue Impulse team presents the revivals of olympic opening ceremonies, flown from the JASDF Blue Impulse. Tokyo 1964 / Nagano 1998 Movie by Reaper, VBI Cameramen & Server Administrator.

Somehow, it works now. I used LOMPT to recheck the coding and the id's. After some minutes of copying and paste and placing, i got it running, like i want to. So never mind my post one above.

This theard is not that old, yet so i want to reply here. Im currently working on a special payload, to be aviable in the maintenance. I changed the rearm.lua first. Little information besides, the only weapons, that i want to apply are two droptanks and a smokepod. The aircraft is the Kawasaki T-4(original model Su-27). The droptank(originaly the droptank of the Mig-29) is already applied to the other aircraft. If i set the payload, i want to apply with help of the F7 maintenance, in the editor, i see everything on the right place, like it should be. now the rearm.lua The "T-4 Droptank" has the ID of the Droptank from the Mig-29. Here the Su-27.lua with the pylon part: and for the last, here the RC-Rearming-su-27.res: Somewhere seems to be an mistake, cause it is not working. I can see in the option of F7 "Blue Impulse standart" and "Blue Impulse + Droptank" but it doesnt load the weapons for it. Can someone help me out? Would be great. :) Thanks a lot in advance.

Hey everyone, im currently working on a droptank for an model, that is replaced with the Su-27 model. But the Su-27 has no standart droptanks, so i want to replace the wingtip jammer pods(ecm) with the new droptank model, i created. That i can continue work, i would need to get following informations: What are the names(model names, i find in the LO folder) for the jammer pods of the Su-27? Also, where can i find the (most likly a config file or simillar)file, where i can change/manipulate the weapon coordinates in relation to the aircraft(so the coordinates of the weapons, that they will be on the pylons and not somewhere floating)? I want to attach this, to this, as weapon. It should be able to apply these droptanks with the loadout function on the ground. That would help me a lot. Thanks a lot for every help and tip.
