Vid card about to crap out?
basscadets rriatt replied to Rhino4's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
WOW, bro not high pressure:huh:, a little common sense, one should know just to be gentle an kind an soft to your riggie's components:P an treat it like your lover :P not like your wife :D i use low pressure air blowers on my kit and on big pc components at work never had a problem caused by just blowing, you would certainly do some damage if you used high pressure blower -

Vid card about to crap out?
basscadets rriatt replied to Rhino4's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
ar this sounds likely to be a dodgy connection or possably dust is corrupting your components, unplug it all(video card, sound card ram, drive connections, power connector to MB) give it all a good blow out an get all the muck out, you can buy cans of compressed air for a couple of euro, an reconnect backup an it should be cool, also check there are no kinks in any of your pc's wires, if there is yuill need to replace the wire. hope this helps ya buddy gdluk  -

Can your PC run BS with no related issues?
basscadets rriatt replied to Air-Force-1's topic in DCS: Ka-50 Black Shark
Runs smooth as silk,30-60+ fps with high settings includes full shadows and water on high:P, also copes well with FSX once you find the "sweet spot" with this.... GA-73PVM-S2H INTEL CORE2 duo e7200 2.53ghz Geforce 9800gtx+ (overclocked to 840/1203) Vista32 home premium sp2 4GB ram 600Gb harddrive sata (which all all my sims ar stored FSX FC and BS) 80GB IDE which the OS is running on if anybody knows the right way to overclock this processor to around 3.ghz any info would be grand, i did manage to overclock it to 3.33 when i had it on XP for a couple of weeks when i was testing some software out, forgotten the damm settings -
i had same issue iam on windows xp service pack 3 "runtime visual++C library error" the only fix i found was to remove the Latest modman, anything that seems to dip its fingers with the DCS files seemed to have a major impact on DCS loading properly, now my DCS is running super, iam just scared to death of any mods :pilotfly:

basscadets rriatt replied to Alexrey's topic in Lock On: Flaming Cliffs 1 & 2
Makesure your up to date with the current patch. Most severs in HL ar running with 1.12 FC an also check your network settings ar 128/128 in game network options i use a mobile web 'n 'walk to play, with a set limit of download, as long as i dont go over my limit my game runs fine -
