What feels a bit strange for me is:
The task manager shows me 32 cores
but my processor has just 24 cores and 32 threats.

That’s the question. In all other games all cores work normal. How I said , it’s a fresh win 11 installation…

@scommander2 i tried this. Here are screenshots from taskmanager
1- is Core 0-7 active
2-is Core 0-15 active
Here is how it’s working via task manager as test .
1. Pic core 0-7 is active
2. pic core is 0-15 active
with all cores active: number 0 gets to 100% and cores 1-15 goes like to idle, while 16-32 goes also active

I have nothing running. as i told you i have a clean windows installation. i had just Parkcontrol one time activated to deaktivate coreparking. but its not running anymore just started once.
The only things i installed myself is the razr software for my keyboard and the oculus link app for my quest3 VR headset.
I made u some screenshots from the backround takes in taskmanager. maybe u will find some strange things.
Btw: i installed also now Gforce Expierience to go shure that the nVidia Overlay is disabled.

I dont have the nvidia overlay, because i dont have nVidia Expierience installed.

Performance with all different settings good
72 fps most of the time (sometimes over Berlin Germanymap it goes down to 36)
but temps are over 70 degrees….
but I can’t understand that iam the only one where core 0 and 1 are maxed out
don’t know what I can do now.

I tried to deinstall the Gigabyte Center , but the the Gigabyte Downloadservice and the Gigabyte Updateservice are not possible to delete.
Here is the DxDiag.log and 3 screenshots how it looks in the Taskmanager.

- I updated now my graphiccard to a rtx5090
- updated my bios to version: FK
- Disabled the XMP Profile for my RAM
with my board driver im not 100% shure...
i have a gigabyte aorus Elite AX Bord revision 1.1
But on the Gigabyte Downloadpage i cannot find revision 1.1 . Just 1.0 and 1.X . So u used the driver for 1.X. Is this correct ? Can u confirm this or maybe im a bit stupid ...
My 1st Core is still maxed out ...

Maybe there is setting wrong with my bios ?
I have a gigabyte z790 Aorus elite AX board v1.1 and an intel i9 13900k.
Are there any specific settings in bios I have to select ?
I have the intel preset profile running and activated xmp 1 for my ram.
onboard graphic is switched off.
any suggestion?

I found a fix for my stutters !!!
I deleted my oculus link app on pc . Reinstalled it and now it’s smooth.
Hell yeah !!!

Quest3, Rtx 3090 , i9 13th gen …. Absolute stutter mess over Berlin , Hamburg and so on….

had the same problem as you a half year ago. Since then no more problems.
What I have done.
1. Delete the meta app on your pc.2.download and install it again
3.make a hard reset of the quest3
(u will find a tutorial in the quest3 troubleshooting forum)
download oculus traytool and check that it uses the correct codec and change the bitrate to 500.

The thing is, in the phantom (which is older) braking without the chute (I know, use always the f…. Chute) is much easier than in the f14. The Phantom is much more stable while braking than the tomcat
And this behavior is just there since the suspension was tweaked by headblur.
I dont think it’s a bug. But maybe it’s a bit overdone.

Not just hot start. Also after cold n dark start. Map freezes at some random points while in flight.
if you try to change the map size. Waypoints will not scale with it and map freezes instantly.
