I said, I agree that Urze is not showing his good reputating and is ruining his business also by letting his customers in the dark.
I too can understand spending so much money and not being sure to get it or, the item ordered, back for it, is making one nervous.
Especially I would be very nervous and I'm short tempered in such things, so I kinda feel with you.
But I don't like how people get into bad talking behind someones back before it is sure what caused this huge and untolerated delay in Urzes reply.
But right now noone knows if he is ok, or what his problems or reasons are.
I don't think and hope it's simply that he's not taking his customers serious.
But I know he's doing it not as main profession but beside his job.
I also too agree, that he should get back here soon and tell his status about things.
My friendly offering to try to get in contact on the LLTTM, as I am in Germany too, was just the try to reassure you that you stand not alone there on the other side of the world.
