Guys, we can use the search function on youtube too. It's not necessary to post every aviation related youtube video 2006 on at all. The quality of those videos is even worse and those videos are not new to us at all, nor are most exiting.

I'm not posting anything, I'm requesting more of those "in the air hanging" russian jetfigher videos! They are so cool and amazing to watch, that I hope we are attacked by the Russians in WW3, only to watch their cool jetfighters :)

Dem kann ich nur beipflichten. Auch habe ich weder Probleme mit X52 noch mit dem TrackIR 3 Pro. Auch nicht beim spielen von Missionen mit längerer Laufzeit.

So, Test erfolgreich. Kann die Angaben von Chip insofern bestätigen, als das die Installation von Windows 7 sehr zügig war und keine große Eingaben erforfderlich waren, ausser Uhrzeit und das Gedöne. Ich hatte in meinem vorherigen Betriebssystem Black Shark zuerst deaktiviert. Nachdem ich Windows und den neusten Grafiktreiber installiert hatte, auf DirectX 9 habe ich explizit verzichtet, da DirectX 11 an Board war, habe ich zunächst ersteinmal die nötigsten Einstellungen und einen Test der 3D Grafikfähigkeit gemacht und ein vorhandenes Il-2 Sturmovik v4.09m problemlos gestartet. Heute dann habe ich, neben einigen anderen Programmen, Black Shark installiert. Es gestaltete sich genauso einfach, wie unter Vista 64. DVD eingelegt, Installationsroutine gestartet, installieren lassen. Danach sofort die protect.exe gestartet, die Seriennummer unter "Aktivieren" eingegeben und online verifizieren lassen, fertig. Es folgte der erste Start von Black Shark und der erfolgte problemlos. Einstellungen im Setup getätigt und Grafik ganz auf hoch gestellt. Schnellspiel gestartet, ging einwandfrei. Zum Thema "gefühlte Performance unter Windows 7" möchte ich nicht viel sagen, denn das sind subjektive Erfahrungen. Da man von einem neuen Betriebssystem insgeheim auch bessere Leistung der darunter laufenden Programme erwartet, werden die meisten meinen auch eine höher Performence zu spüren. Meines Erachtens lief Black Shark, wie auch Il-2 genauso unter Windows 7, 64 bit, wie unter Vista 64 bit. Einzig ist mir aufgefallen, das der Horizont nicht so flimmerte, wie das zuvor unter Vista der Fall war. Kann aber nicht sagen ob das am Win 7 Treiber von Nvidia oder an Win 7 selber liegen mag. Auf jeden Fall war die ganze Aktion reibungslos und unspannender als gedacht. :) Gruß, Airway

So, ich habe die Windows 7 Testversion jetzt installiert. Bislang läuft alles einwandfrei. Werde morgen, oder die Tage dann mal Black Shark installieren und berichten. Bitte etwas Geduld.

Hallo! Hat schon jemand Erfahrung mit Windows 7 im Zusammenhang mit DCS: Black Shark ? Sollte man bei einem Upgrade von Vista auf 7 Black Shark deaktivieren und reaktivieren müssen? Gibt es irgendwelche sonstigen Komplikationen beim Wechsel? Las irgendwas im russischen Forum von 7 und Starforce, aber leider bin ich der Sprache nicht mächtig!? Über Infos wäre ich dankbar :thumbup: Gruß, Airway

Ah, the Puma. Finally a replacement for the old Marder, I had to go with, in my time in the Germany Army. The Marder was already aged when I saw it. The Puma seems to be a good replacement. Don't know if it will fit in the coming Airbus A400m transporter (a tragic story itself) @mikoyan : Haa, funny thing. Definately no black shark but a white shark in the air :)
