When loading DCS: Fw 190 D-9 Dora training mission it simply does: nothing. It loads a mission, I then sit in the cockpit on some airfield and nothing is happening. No tutorial, nothing. When exiting this "mission" I end up with following error message, telling me that this mission is newer than the version of the mission editor Was ist das jetzt wieder für ein Mumpitz?

Ich hab sogar Wasser auf niedrig und dafür Cockpitauflösung auf 1024. MSAA auf 4 und Radius laden auf 70000. Wie sehen Deine NVIDIA Grafiktreiber Einstellungen denn aus?

Problem solved. Was a Hawks module related bug. Fixed with patch.

DCS World always crashes after trying to boot a mission with DCS Hawk Preview module f. This only occurs after I had updated DSC World to 1.2.12.

Solved. Double fault by me on this one. :poster_oops: I did bind the line above electrical power on/off in the settings and when pressing the key combo on the keyboard, I pressed RCtrl+L instead of RShift+L. Several times! :doh: No comment. The last thing that is left is the throttle animation when only one power lever is being pushed.

Sometimes, when I launch a mission with the Su-27, I start up dark and cold on the airfield, and the Jet shows severals issues. 1. Cockpit stays dark as if electric power was down, but isn't. The monitor stays dark, lighting fails but spooling up engines works. 2. Pilot hand on throttle stays back on the position of the right engine, regardless the power setting of the left engine (only throttle moves without hand) 3. External model shows taxi and landing lights on the jets nose, althoug the gear is retracted.

Brake chute. Brake chute should be deployed only when gear is touched down under load. Isn't there such a security check on the Su-27?

But it does when launched in the air for example in a quick start mission. You get surprised when launched and quickly get into hight AOA before being able to trim neutral...

That's why we are reporting those bugs. ED has, if I remember properly, never released such a buggy module. I am a bit surprised I mus say. Though the Su-27 has lots of perfect and wonderful things. Sound for example is great. The external and internal model are outstanding.

No matter if toe brakes or not. The Su-27 doesn't have a "button" for brakes, that applies 100% brakes when pressed as in DSC: World, or release brakes when not pressing the button, so an axis is a must in DCS: World. In an AFM model anyway.

Exactly. Same for me. Really sounds like beast as it was one. Sadly called "Witwenmacher" (widowmaker) in the German public to that time, due to many crashes.

I noticed several issues with the Su-27 in DCS Worlds 1.2.11: - Trim issues, tends to nose up all the time, not neutralizable with auto pilot. - Brake chute deployable in air - oscillating when fully loaded - backwards rolling and weird spinning with deployed brake chute and 99% thrust after full stopp (SAME FOR MiG-21bis!) - Flat tire animation is bad - MIAFM: Most incomplete advanced flight model Can anone confirm these bugs please?
