I'm in a lovely mood, specially when it comes to DCS. If you have a few hours to read through the above linked thread, you will see I had problems with DCS (only DCS and nothing else) on 2 different SSDs after multiple clean Windows reinstalls. It's a DCS problem. 2.7 reduced the problems, but not fully, but I was at least able to fly a little more than CTD. Wednesday's update took all that away and now it crashes as soon as I load into 3D or very shortly after. I've updated NVIDIA drivers with DDU, zero change. I do not know why the sudden DD11 crashes...

I have been using it for last few months, very nice tool to make 50 launch attempts to get that one that works for a little bit. Clean up, slow repairs..I lost count how many I've done.

ED support just stopped caring long ago it seems and with 2.7, too much changed for it to matter. 2.7 slightly improved the situation, but not really. Then came update 2 days ago and broke it all again.

That's great. That doesn't help me, because if I knew what the problem was, I wouldn't be asking for help, would I? Do note this all started happening same day as update. I was in TTI server when server went down for update. So I updated, tried playing the game again and problems started. Literally 3 minutes after I updated DCS. More crashes. dcs.log

dcs.log Game getting broken with updates as usual. Last patch broke it all. It worked 3/4 of the time before that, but Wednesday's update broke it AGAIN, AS USUAL. I sit in the plane for 2-3 minutes doing nothing and it just closes without error or warning. Do note this all started happening same day as update. Last update broke the sim as usual. It sort of worked until yesterday, now it crashes when I press Fly in any plane. dcs.log.old

Flew the A10C v2 "in combat" first time last night and all 6 Ds went off just fine. Used TMS fwd short to lock moving tanks and BMPs just fine even under 1 mile.

I think I'm having a similar crash. Game will CTD at random times, no consistent reproducible conditions. dcs.log

Already did all that, I am now running on just my C drive with just DCS and with 2.7 it's marginally better, but still 75% of time game crashes on start and other 25% is crashes after random about of time (5 minutes up to 6 hours). That's not even a proper solution....no other game does that lmao.

Updater works fine for 2.5.6, unable to update to 2.7 due to above errors. 2.5.6 still crashes with same errors as above. Was sitting in Harrier on the ground setting up controls when I got CTD without error. dcs.log

I have horrendous problems with latest updater.

I installed the base game just fine, but after that, I am unable to install any modules. Updater just closes 9/10 times and after many tries, this error comes up. DCS has all the permission on firewall, Defender, etc. Updater cuts out about here and just closes with error below. autoupdate_log_old.txt EDIT 1: Stable 2.5.6 is downloading good. Base is in progress for now.

Well, google adapts search results individually, so we'll all have it differently. And if my Updater is reaching the server, then it's not on my end? I downloaded the base game fine, but can't get the modules? Hm...so why would I be timing out and Updater stop working after base game download?
