I meant those missions which open for every plane u have.. in which they explain how to start, to taxi, to bomb to shoot aso.... thnaks for your help i did not mean the mission editor ! i meant those preprogrammed training, expalining mission, which come with every single plane you have...

I got a nice card now... and for monitor, i will see, if i will play civilian flight sims also...xplane11 f.e. IF, ok, then may be i will get something special..otherwise.. don t think so...i m realy not such a nerd with simpit, special seats and a complete floor with only VR around me... it s just some nice entertainement... thats all, and still a game..

let them, let them take out the even las micron.. but i, personally, will NOT follow... i have enough modules.. may be a upcoming F4 would be interesting and then FINISH . if this is becoming a game for russian oligarchs.. ok... then let play and buy oligarchs :-) very easy... but its a trap, you know... only a customer of whom you are not shure, what and where he will buy, is an interesting customers, the other ones are cows which you milk :-) realy wish you much fun with the game and mostlyx with LIFE :-)

May be mate, may be.. but there is a too much sim for the wallet :-) lets be serious : fighting falcon once was playable on a atari st.. and it was damn good.. even the graphics... funny small screens :-)... today there is more comp power at home than it was in norad in the early sixties :-) i guess this all is going into the complete WRONG direction, or you focus only an 2 or 3 handfull " i pay whatever users 2... but then u are not far away from space games with 14k bucks payed in advance :-) and tbh i see the same tendency here : now they start to combine modules with grips ( f14 ) they promote ultra expensive hotas and throttles... soon they will sell used turbo engines and ejection seats and in final version some decade later u will feel the impact of a sidewinder in the backseat or what ? ...sorry... too much is too much :-)... and the 1080 and nice standalone solution for me... have a nice gaming mate, and don t forget : its a GAME :pilotfly::pilotfly::joystick::D

Thanks, i read, that many gamers prefer 1920*1080 with 144hz and 1ms... i guess for real 4 k i would need a 1080 11gb or ti or whatever ...abd a monster of screen, otherwise i will not have a benefit of 4k... just read about widescreen ...perhaps interesting alternative

k.. don t know if it was right or not ( cause everybody tells something else :-) ) i ordered the palit gtx 1080 gamerock... and with monitor i will look some time later.. i know, atm it is overkill but like that i am ready for a better monitor ( i hope ?) thanks for infos

was a samsung 4k monitor but only 60hz ...the asus alternative has 75hz 2k...

Exact..i guess its more a want.. a friend of mine told, that for DCS my 960 4gb is more than enough and also for other civilian FS... i have around 75 to 90 fps in dcs... in urban terrain it drops to 40 but thats ok i guess... and 2.5 is not even close of release, no tec spezifications of : this you need..realy hard to decide

To continue the old discussion : i want to use DCS and another " civilian " flight sim, i don t play any egoshooters or stuff like that with magic swords and virgin tomatoes in space... just flight sim... now, i would be able to get 1080 AND a 27" 2k monitor with 75 hz..( asus )... and i could get the 1070 with a slightly better monitor :-) and thats the 2 to buy or not to buy " question :-) realy hard to decide atm

Why a 1070 ..for example the palit 1070 gamerock is only 50 bucks cheaper... main question was : do i NEED a new graphics card facing the fact, that 2.5 sooner or later will arrive

Situation : i have some spare money to invest into my rig. i7 6700 16gb on asus rog Maxismus VII hero board BUT with a gigabyte gtx 960 4b OC I have a 24" 60hz Samsung monitor ( nothing realy special, but till now worked fine ) I checked FPS with vsync off .. on ground with plain cold and dark startup.. changes between 60 and 49 fps In air with no enemy stable 60fps My question : should i invest into a 1080 and later update to a much better monitor ? Or should i get a Samsung U28E590D, 28" and use it with my good old battlehero 960 ? Your opinion is very welcome... thanks

Hi, have just the prob that i don t know what to do. 1. Keep my 960 and get a new monitor with 3840x2160 and 60hz ( samsung ) 2 Get a 1070 and wait with the monitor Both i can t at the moment What do you think ? I i use a 1070 with that 60 Hz 1900/1080 will i have a significant improvement of graphic output ? yes. i am a qualified noob :-) Thanks for your answers

Don t know, every switch like it should be.. all good.. but after some seconds the plane goes just straight down...

Always the same result : i try the AA missile mission... and the plane hits the ground...first some moments i can use the stick to control plane, after that it is like robot controlled and will for shure go straight down into the wet mud... anybody else ? any idea ? thanks in advance
