  2. Plane seems not to lose speed during increasing altitude - it is quite opposite, speed increases when air pressure is low enough. MiG-29 acts like a rocket. All MiG-29 versions seem to have that bug. Here's a video that shows the problem.

  4. It must be something wrong with your files because textures on my Nevada are allright in that location... And if deleting bazar and repairing it didn't help then the only conclusion from it is that nevada building textures aren't in bazar.

  7. This bug occurs since late 1.5.4. It basically looks like clouds formation (in static weather) cover quite small roundy area (my guess is 50-60km radius), instead of covering whole map as it used to be. Also there is another problem related with this bug that I'll explain in following situations: 1. I spawn on Krymsk and I see nice cloud cover. I take off and fly in no matter what direction, in the end i reach mentioned earlier cloud coverage area and when I go back to the Krymsk airfield I see that majority of clouds disappeared, remaining clouds are in area shaped like common area of fields of 2 circles crossing each other in 2 points. I spawn on Krymsk and I see the same cloud cover as in point 1, after clicking F2 button I switch to view of another plane that's far away from Krymsk and sky is cloudless in that location, then I go back to my plane on Krymsk and I see that cloud cover completely disappeared. Fortunately problem doesn't occur for dynamic weather.
  8. In 2.5.3 my mission used to load around 3 minutes max. When 2.5.4 came out it started to load for around 9-10 minutes even though I didn't change my graphic settings for higher. It basically looks like that: -it takes 3 mins to load to part "World Preload 60/60" -then like +6 to 7 additional minutes spent on final "Please wait..." It became a bit frustrating :cry: I had 2.5.4 open beta installed for some time - just when it got released... and it didn't have that problem then. So I have no clue what could cause it.
  9. Lauched game 2nd time and problem disappeared... I have no idea what caused that. Although I have to say that in 2.5.3 1st mission load lasted like 3-4 minutes, in 2.5.4 it lasts 8-9 minutes with same graphic settings. I guess it would need some optimization.
  10. As tittle says some trees are missing textures. All of this happend on Caucasus Spring map. Here are screenshots.
  11. I've spotted that Yak-52 suffers from quite significant rudder problem. When plane is standing on the ground and during taxing with little amount of throttle nothing happens. But as soon as you start increasing power in order to take off rudder moves 8-10% to the left and remains at this position all the time when in air (no matter what % of throttle is set). That makes plane roll to the left (around 1 degree per 5-7 seconds) and not being able to hold heading. I need to point out that my rudder trim in special settings is set to 0.
  12. Recently I launched Yak-52 instant action and spotted this near Mineralnye-Vody airfield... It was on winter map - but while playing multiplayer on autumn map i've seen some less radical terrain changes on a way between Anapa and Krymsk airfield. I think that ED team should examine all 4 Caucasus season maps and search for bugs like that - because well... what can I say :megalol: it doesn't look natural. Cheers!
  13. Oh, so it seems like it's not a bug XD - good to know... I'm curious tho how it is with other features like an airbrake not working while having central fuel tank mounted... Or those lights on rear wheel covers - they aren't placed straight but few degrees to the left.
  14. As title says all MiG-29s suffer from not working 1 flap position. Working ones are Flaps Up (0%) and Landing Flaps (100%). There should be one more position that's in cockpit called: взлет (take-off) that should be 50%(?). I expected it to work as in Su-25 - that means button F pulls flaps up and to take off position and LShift+F to full extend - then LCtrl+F retract them or if needed F sets them back to t/o position. Unfortunately it doesn't work like that... Well, that's it - hope someone in ED gonna fix it after this bug report, becuase MiG-29 before it got PFM, it had similar problem. So I assume that nobody spotted this before me. Cheers
  15. I've seen them long time ago... and they are outdated in 2.5. So I think it would be better if ED/Belsimtek made it themselves... good quality and official ;)
  16. Hi, I just wanted to suggest addition of Mi-8MTV2 to Poland nation in DCS... + some camouflages of polish AF. After all this country uses them since 1968 till today. It would be nice if there was Mi-8 with polish camo near MiG-29, MiG-21 and MiG-15bis that already have it. Cheers! :joystick:
  17. Current PFM of MiG-29 feels like light version of Su-27 with constant ASC on... I need to learn this aircraft again XD, but it's nice to see how it performs on ground... and that finally I can emergency land it with wheels up... and that it doesn't do weird things during stall anymore. Well... but need to relearn take offs becuase those find harder atm... mainly because of struggling to find sweet spot on joystick to pull nose up not too much... cuz if I do that it means instant cobra haha. Also, idk if that's correct but airbrake doesn't deploy at certain (high) speeds and when center fuselage droptank is loaded. Stick in cockpit still is in wrong position. And wondering if MiG-29 had nose wheel steering lock like it is in Su-27, because that would be very helpful. Couldn't find option like that in settings. Also love removable pylons option. Well, for me even in the air SFM feels bad - whole rudder turning, plane doing weird things during stall, elevators over-reacting so I had to put axis curve to 40 value to make it somehow smooth. That's nice hehe - for me closest MiG-29 is in that Polish Army Museum in Warsaw... around 25 km... and next closest is in hangar of my uni... but to this one I'll have access next year :smartass:
  19. That's because of MiG-29 crash in July where pilot died because of not properly functioning ejection seat. Near MiG-29s Polish AF grounded Su-22 because they share same ejection seats. I was on Air Show Radom 2018 too, and gotta say that they are getting worse every year. Also weather was bad, but that thing is difficult to predict when you organize things with half a year reserve time. But if you want to see some more Polish MiG-29s - no matter if they are grounded or not I recommend Polish Aviation Museum in Kraków and Polish Army Museum in Warsaw. ...and now counting down hours to MiG-29 PFM update :music_whistling:

F-86F Aileron Bug Video Here I made a not public video where you can clearly see that something is wrong with aileron control and wing flexing in F-86... turned on that thing where you can see my joystick moves so you can see how Sabre don't responds to moves even tho it should. Few times I had situation where ailerons on both wings were in same position which is also a bug.

Hi, I wanted to report that after dismounting L-39C gunsight in special settings it is still visible in 3D model from 3rd person view even though there's no gunsight mounted in cockpit (1st person view). I just suppose that devs from ED forgot to make it - hope it's gonna be fixed soon! Cheers
  22. Pilot can use only 0% and 50% And when it is at 50% in cockpit it shows as it was 100%.
  23. All MiG-29s in DCS have that problem. Basically when I press "F" (flap key) - flaps deploy only 50% - if I press that again they go back to 0%. LShift+F (landing flaps) doesn't work here at all MiG-29 has 2 flaps position - 50% and 100% - so 100% is not avaliable to use. I've seen that AI MiG-29 can set flaps to 100% without any problems. The problem is also in 1.5.8.

After that I went for another flights - as I'm still learning I'm failing quite often - especially with landings - and in last landing I ejected, plane was falling like 20 m/s into ground - it should not be able to survive it, but it bounced from the ground... and it was bouncing for like 5 mins - with full afterburner, it was moving and bouncing and reaching speed slightly above 100 km/h in those "aerobatics" - there's definitely something wrong with its damage model - it's simply waaay too much durable. Only gear leg damage looks correct. And it all happens on sim difficulty where immortality is off...
  25. Yesterday I bought MiG-21 - after I learnt how to engine startup and take off - wanted to learn how to land. After I had landing when plane started flipping sideways - and none of wings broke off even tho they hitting the ground so hard - I decided to make an experiment. On video I show what difficulty I use - please spot that immortality is turned off - and plane acts like indestructable except its gear legs. In 1st suicide approach was going 800 km/h and plane just bounced off the ground - it got damaged 2 gear legs and engine died. 2nd was landing at 400 km/h with front gear leg only - it broke off and plane started rolling on the ground - when angle between direction of move and fuselage changed plane exploded on the ground. In 3rd trial I switched to taxing MiG-21s. Went on full afterburner - plane hit house with speed around 200 km/h - and ofc nothing spectacular happend. In 4th trial MiG-21 just exploded as I reached grass. Link to video (video is not public - only those who have this link, can see it) I hope it gets fixed soon - I really like the plane, FM is incredibly realistic... just that damage model...
