Same here. Interesting that they are not showing as a controller in the Controller Set up screen. I thought it might be a tick box that had been changed by the update (my IPD box had become un-ticked!) but like i said if they are not showing in the controller set up screen, looks like DCS is now not recognizing them at all. Back to MSFS again until the next update

Hi I am getting a similar message, but referencing the AH-64. This was a trial for this which ran out about 10 days ago and this is the first time i have attempted to launch DCS Beta since it expired. This problem is, when i press OK DCS just crashes out so i don't get the opportunity to uninstall it. However, i recently trialled the P-51 and i had not issues when it expired, it just kept showing the message at start up until i un-installed it but ran ok. Is there a way of uninstalling modules without starting DCS and doing it through the main menu to see if this is the problem? Thanks

Solved.... Old thread, but i still found it searching for solution to this issue. There seems to be a lot of "it doesn't work for me" and "well you are wrong because it does work for me" type comments on here so I thought I would add a definitive answer now I seem to have fixed it. Basically Num 5 defaults to VR Centre View even if Num 5 is bound to something else. BUT, if you bind another key to VR Centre View and not leave it blank then Num 5 is ok for other things. Hope this helps someone.

Screen grab shows navigating to Kobuleti: Bearing 252, Desired Magnetic Heading (DMH) showing as 255 in the CDU. Marker on HUD is showing the same. However, wind is at 173 i.e. left to right, so surely i should be steering a heading less than the bearing not greater. Velocity marker in HUD is showing drift to the right which is as expected with wind at 173 and is showing SP to left of centre as expected when steering DMH255 to a steer point that is at 252. I think there is a bug where the DMH calculation has a sign error . Flying on from this point if you steer to the marker you are constantly having to adjust to the left. If you of set your course the same amount the other way the FPM and SP mark align and you flight straight there with no adjustment needed. DMH error.trk

I have always found that my head position every so often jumps out of alignment, usually forwards or backwards, requiring me to reset the head position. I cant find anything on this with a search. Does any one else have this issue. Is it normal, is it solvable or am i the only one getting it? I have a Rift with three sensors and use the touch sensors for cockpit switch control. I dont notice the jumps in other games. Any info welcome

This is a bizzarre one, but suddenly the gloves weren't showing in VR. I had changed settings and with a bit of trial and error i found that with water on Low the gloves didnt show in the cockpit although were working in the menus. Don't know if thi is a resant thing, as i have always had Water on Med before.

As a Long term DCS user who is belatedly trying to get into multiplayer the Just Dogfighting server is the one place that’s allowed me my first successful access to some good multiplayer action. Its also shown me that my dogfighting skills aren’t as bad as I thought they might be.
