I know that one of these has already been done, I just wanted to do one that was a little more art driven Suggestions for changes appreciated,

Alert 5 Aircraft are already on, pilot in-seat sitting on the alert CAT. As for the blue angels I don't know for sure but I doubt they take any shortcuts, they have a time table and could build the time for a full startup into it. To skip steps could lead to missing errors that put lives on the ground in jeopardy.
