Learning to drop GBU. Laser will fire before i drip a GBU. But after the bomb drops laser wont fire thus bomb misses.

Can you elaborate more? If you are moving the marker around in the hud (i dont remember what it is called) it will remain on what ever piece of terrain you marked. You dont have to TMS forward anything to "ground stabilize"

Hey guys, Im looking to make a custom campaign and 2 important features in it will be AI jets doing SEAD and using JAMMERS for, well, jamming sam sites. Ive played around with the editor some but not as much as I would like. Are the above possible and if so how do i go about doing it in the editor?

Considering the F16 is on sale dirt cheap so quick and probably wont be for a long time, id get the F16 cheap while you can

Learning to use mission editor. I want infantry to spawn attacking a fob, when they are destroyed or say, 75% destroyed a 2nd to spawn. then 3rd, ect. I know it would probably be with triggers but.....yeah. Thanks!

So I have recently taken up dcs (finally after several years following) and been playing with the a10c. Now I am ready to dive into a fighter. Thinking either the F16 or F14. I guess the F18 is an option but I have always loved the F14 (who hasnt) and if I am going to pick a carrier based plane it will be the F14. My point is, those of you familiar with both, pros and cons? Weapons platform, flight model? Yes I know 1 is fly by wire and other isnt. I am also very interested in the phoenix missile

Started playing the campaign that comes with the a10c. in the missions there is a jtac and gives attack coords of GG328466. I know this is supposed to go into the CDU but from there im lost trying to figure it out and i cant find anything decent information. (maybe im looking in the wrong place) Can someone give me a run down on what to do with those numbers to get on target?

im not sure. ive noticed my leds flicker from time to time...

Hi, finally flying around in DCS. I have my axis zoom binded to 1 of the slider knobs on my X52. When I zoom in there are tiny inputs that is jerking the zoom back and forwards. Searched everywhere and cant find a solution. Ive put in a small dead zone to fix the issue when it is centered but doesnt help when zoomed in. Please help.

Every time I load DCS my mouse cursor is off. ie: I put my cursor on exit and it wont click. But if I move it to the left about half the way across the screen the EXIT will suddenly light up to be clicked on. Happens 9/10 times I load DCS. Anyone have a fix?

Ive had dcs for awhile but never really got into it. Getting tired of a lot of war thunder and im setting up all my stuff. Still need to learn to fly the hog (my only module) which leads me to my next question. Where do I look for groups who take complete and total noobs on the a10?

or what about using 1 of the trim knobs on the throttle for zoom?

So my trackIR finally came in. Well....TrackHat. Using an X52 HOTAS, is it possible to set the slider on the throttle as a zoom axis?

I have another question everyone. I have my HOTAS set up for the A10C, however my HatTrack (TrackIR) hasnt shipped yet and I want to get flying. I would like to use my mouse to look around while still being able to click on the control switches as well as zoom. So. Many. View. Controls. Help?

The problem is if your body thinks/feels its moving with out your senses detecting the same thing, it thinks its being poisoned so you vomit. Its a survival thing. Thats why people get sea sick. Inner ears feel motion, but eyes see no motion. So your body says why? There is no explanation so you are probably poison. Get rid of it...PUKE!!!! so yeah. I bought TrackHat. Now if it will ship already haha

Hi all. New here and have a few questions. 1) Regarding VR and head tracker. I have oculus rift. But using it is bad. Makes me nauseous along with poorer video quality. Hard to read gauges and what not. Its to the point I may just sell the setup. Considering other options such as TrackIR, or more specifically the TrackHat. Opinions? What do others use? How well does does head tracker work in DCS? Other options? 2) How is the multiplayer community? Are there players on to play coop missions with? 3) Are modules inner compatible with friends? ie: I have A, friend has B, can we play a coop mission? Or do both players have to own the same modules?
