  1. Im not with deka. Just repeating what's been said by them before.
  2. Hmmm I would really rather not do that. I might be OK with a button that centers the cross instantly.
  3. It shouldn't be that fast esp with no "tracking" "tracking" warning from the host plane. I think. A big issue is that you can't tell which direction you're being locked from so you can't dodge or retaliate. Even mig21 rwr let's you know the rough direction.
  4. Hope they fix the rwr so we can use SPJ to full potential. Jf17 has its strengths.
  5. Chance is 100%. When is uncertain. I expect this will be like a 400 page manual. Will be a total pain in the ass to write for deka.
  6. It really depends if you love your job. I've sometimes forgone holidays cuz I wanted to continue working on a pet project at work. I'd live at the office if the boss didn't make me go home XD.
  7. OK one more last question. If you look at the early work in progress video of the MITL on deka channel, you see that as soon as steering control is applied and released, the control immediately resets to zero and the akg stops maneuvering. Currently in game however it doesn't center after displacement and release and the akg keeps turning in the direction of the displacement of the cross. This makes it very hard to control. Like playing FPS games on Xbox instead of PC. Am I missing something? Why not keep the way of the WIP video?
  8. I'm wrecking face even with the current Jeff rwr in any server that doesn't have f14 on the other side XD. Why is that plane so much better than its modern replacements? Stupid maverick with Ethan hunt as his hacker Rio. XD
  9. *sad Peepo*
  10. Ah well in that case it's kinda fair since jf17 is also getting few warnings if any at the moment from aim120s.
  11. DTC means data cartridge. It should be just off ur right hip in the right panel. Theres a square button beside it u can press twice to remove it. Then open ground crew menu in radio and ask them to update DTC. Once they say they've done it-message appears on top right of screen unlike rearm etc-you then reinsert it by double clicking the spot where it's supposed to go. Once in, the left MFD will enter the DTC screen. Press the ALL button and then press the ENT button and it should begin loading the new data. Never forget to do this before you take off especially after rearm.
  12. "Are you my dad?" XD
  13. I know gepards don't do shit to it atm. It just sailed past them and smashed into the EWR tower. No oofs given.
  14. Sounds like a job for a sarh heater
  15. Oh God..... Poor blues.
  16. Yes but with all block II systems if possible. I guess you will have to redo everything from flight model to the 3d model, textures and exclusive systems compared to Jeff A?
  17. BTW how far is the range of data link pod? 100 miles?
  18. Just knocked out my first ground based early warning radar from home base at 70nm. Poor blues XD.
  19. What range do you prefer to fire them off at?
  20. Pls? I'll pay you monies. *puppy eyes*
  21. That's a shame. Makes it hard to use with enemy awacs vectoring fighters to you as youre loitering waiting for mitl. Any tips?
  22. O thanks for the clarification. Last question: does data link pod need line of sight to akg? Or can u dip behind a mountain after launch?
  23. This is jf17 forum right? Just making sure.
  24. i have a second monitor. how hard is the hit to the fps?
