Yeah...that is also what I was saying as well, we do still have those old models of Mig 23, 27, Su-7/22, Su-30 etc AI models, which are not updated and for some reason, we are getting updated models that are more ground assets which we barely see. These planes, it is so glaring with some of those models looks like it is from as you say Flanker 2.0 days plus Lock on. Kills the immersion. Maybe we will see them updated possibly in the next 5 plus years, hopefully... This RAZBAM dilemma is a huge letdown, on a life support with us left to simmer and waiting for the news at some point in the future, looks like it is going to be a loooong wait. Beating a dead horse at this point...

We now have a Cold war Germany map and an OK amount of cold war era western jets...but no real Russian jets so far (Yeah, I know the upcoming Mig 29A is coming) or even at the very least updated AI 3d assets of Cold war, at least the Mig 23, 27, Su-17/22 series etc. I don't get why ED keeps saying there is no demand for Ru Jets. It is not complete or the value of that map is not there when there isn't even a cold war AI 3D planes asset. We seem to have a lot of ground assets improved which we barely see or pay attention to. Hope someday, other developers can fill out the void in cold war with the addition of the Mig 23 or 27 and Su-25. As for the other US blue-force, would love to see the Jaguar at some point a true cold war era plane that fits both France and the British. And even if they do develop, it might take another 4-5 years Anyway, it looks very bleak with RAZBAM, all of the modules that I own are on life support literally, looking more like some day the plug might be pulled. That is a lot planes we're going to loose and I happen to be a steam user. Hope to hear some good news soon...

As everyone here, eagerly waiting for this to get all sorted with a positive resolution. It's been a year... Holding off on the Iraq and the Afghan map as the F-15E is a core module for these maps. Currently holding off on flying RAZBAM modules coz If I fly and get attached to it and then out of all of a sudden we get a negative resolution, that's is going to really be very painful for the money we have payed to buy this, and I happen to be a steam user, so no prospect of refunds. If not supported, at some point those Modules are very likely to be unusable. I have all the RAZBAM modules...

Thanks! This is resolved. I did not realize the elevation changes and I had to re-adjust, coz when I start these Instant missions and see those things being working fine without me tinkering on the radar especially on elevation and suddenly, as the above image, it goes blank, thought it was a radar bug. But I do wonder if it is normal to have that green "patch" on the scan area, the top part... Anyway, radar works fine.

Same with me, but currently it is for me, only rectified by unchecking at least 2-3 cores from Task Manager affinity selection for DCS. Then it works fine. But without..it is slower and choppy than before, need to wait even on the menu screen a long time, to click. Each time you open DCS, you would need to change the affinity from Task manager. The virus thing was there before the update...The F-14.

F-16XL was a tester prototype, not much data on this than even the F-35. F-18 Super Hornet is more possible.

This is an Instant mission from Syria map, the track is a bit long. I thought it was somehow solved after seeing the AG radar map mode work ok for some time. Then during the very end parts of the video track, near to the end part, it just blanks out and only when I press the RSET on the AG radar, it does the sweep animation showing the map returns and then, it fizzles out again. Again, I did not need to do any tinkering with the radar it was working fine for some time, just till the near end parts of the video only you could possibly see that AG radar blanks out with some of the green parts in the top edges of the scan range, then I press RSET, and it scan again, showing the sweep. On a side note...with the latest patch DCS is super slow than before, almost slide show level in the menu screen, need to wait to click. This is only so far rectified by unchecking some of the 3 cores from Task manager affinity and it works fine. F-18 MAP mode radar bug2.trk

I only get the radar to get the sweeping animation or the picture when I press RSET, especially on A/G MAP mode and then it stops sweeping. F-18 MAP mode radar bug.trk

If a new revamped Caucasus is built with the new tech, we need to have the option to remove the old. So much potential for this map.

Yeah, that is what I have been parroting about too... Updated current AI models if they cannot even bother to do those cold war era retired red modules. We still have GIMP/PAINT Ai models that just completely kills the immersion feel, and it has been a very long time... I guess we can expect them to be updated in the year 2030 and above...
