So do I understand correctly that the adjustable delay has been dropped? Either realtime data or 10 minutes delay? I actually wanted to realize something in between, specifically only 1-2 minutes delay. Wouldn't that work here?

Hi all, setting the delay (I wanted to set it to 1 min = 60 sec) doesn't work for me. I'd only adjusted the options.lua of the server. Or do I also need the Tacview specific data from hooks & scripts? Actually I didn't want to have Tacview logging on the server itself, but just wanted to save the clients massive delay. Or do I have to install Tacview completely as well? Thanks, Hanne

Hello guys, I am currently trying to switch off an SA-10 position with the B52s using AGM-86. I'm using the flight task "Pinpoint Strike" and the waypoint task "Bombing". Since of course not only one point is to be hit, but rather an area, I've created several "Bombing" tasks on the waypoint and moved the affected hit points. Weapon Type is "Cruise Missiles", Release Quantity is set to "One", Attack Quantity is also set to "1". The distance between the individual spots is about 100 ft. Since I have "only" loaded 12 cruise missiles, theoretically a rectangle of 300 ft x 400 ft should be created. However, it still seems to me as if only a small point / area is being hit. Or does it all work differently somehow? Thanks, hanne

Normally I'm still as a pilot in the simulation after the ejection and can watch how I glide via parachute to the ground. However in this case, the camera practically jumps in the 3rd person view after the ejection and the pilot is gone. I cannot switch back to him either via F1 or F2.

Hello everybody, somehow I've currently problems to eject correctly from the F-14. In most of the emergency exits I'm passing away. I've tried serveral scenarios: Airspeed fast or slow, cockpit roof previously dropped off or because of no time left - not discarded. So now the question - what am I doing wrong? Btw, I usually die shortly after the ejection, probably I'm hit by something.

Hi Jerec, ich hatte noch gehört, dass man einmal "manuell" die CM triggern muss, danach werden die automatisch ausgelöst. Danke dir aber für deine Antwort!

Hab mal eine Frage zu den Countermeasures. ich habe diesbezüglich auch schon einige Tutorials angesehen, aber irgendwie immer noch Probleme. Weil ich selbst noch nicht so sicher im Luftkampf bin, hatte ich die ALE-47 auf Auto gestellt. Allerdings wirft die Hornet gar nix ab. Dispenser ist auch auf on, ALR-67 on, Maschine sowieso Master ARM. Hatte dann auch testweise die Übungsmission mit den SAMs gestartet, auch da hatte die Hornet mit den besagten Einstellungen nix abgeworfen. Hab ich da was vergessen? Wollte nämlich die erste Mission der Kampagne einmal adäquat schaffen ;-)

Auch wenn der Thread schon ein bisschen älter ist - ich hätte da auch eine Frage zum Thema: Wieso kann ich eigentlich auch meine Deaktivierungen verbrauchen? Habe für den bevorstehenden Systemwechsel meine Module, die eine Aktivierung benötigen, deaktiviert und jetzt stand da lediglich "noch 9 Deaktivierungen möglich". Fände ja irgendwie eine Meldung "Du hast aktuell 10 Aktivierungen" besser.

Ich weiß auch über die ganzen Diskussionen, dass die ja günstiger werden etc, wollte mich auch zwischen 1070 ti, 1080 und 1080 ti entscheiden und hatte vorhin einfach keine Lust mehr zu warten bis sich da was an den Preisen tut. Hab eine 1080 ti bestellt. Ich meine man kauft ja meist Hardware die praktisch beim Verlassen des Ladens schon wieder günstiger geworden ist, oder aktueller, beim Abschicken der Bestellung... Muss man eben für sich entscheiden was man will.
