All: For the painting community, I really want to paint this bus of a helo but no template has been released. So I made it for all to use. In the below link, you will find PSDs with UV Maps and all marking recreated and in separate layers. While this is not nearly the level of detail we see in official releases, it is a good start and the UVs are what matter imo. There is also a test livery in there that I made while in the process creating the template. This is only for testing and will not be uploaded to the user files. Please note: This template only covers the external of the aircraft. I did include the helmet. There appears to be no information or response on the topic?

Have been searching around and cant find answer. Don't see a pain kit for the CH-47 on the ED site. Has there been any talk of releasing it or someone that has some information? Would like to get painting!

Install standalone, seamlessly transfer all licenses from Steam and be done with it. This happens every module release and there is an easy fix. There is NO advantage to the Steam version of DCS that I know of but happy to be corrected. #FOX3 See you in the skies.

ED Team - I have made a custom skin for the Viper and wanted to make an de-personalized version for download. My question is, can I use the ED logo in the livery? This would be a community skin and I haven't found guidelines for this in the forums. If I can use it, how/where do I get a hi-res/vector version of it? Many thanks. Welcome to contact me via DM. Been flying in DCS for years and have never made one of these documents. But .. I made a "very" crude document based on wags' Cold Start video with screenshots from his post. (I'm old and need pictures). Perhaps this can help for Day 1, Hour 1. I'm sure it will need a lot of updating and there are others that will do this much better than me! Excited! See you up there. That's almost exactly how I approach new modules. I dont think I can fit all of that in day 1 but sure will do my best. I am so excited!! Hope to see you all up there soon!
