It appears as though the highlighted parameter in the command generated by the DCS Updater is causing the issue. DCS.exe" --manifest-name dcs_mt_manifest.bin --no-launcher --force_enable_VR --force_OpenXR --Custom1 I submitted the command without the parameter and all started up normally. How do we prevent that parameter in the DCS Updater launch command?

Removed VAICOM, removed VA, did several slow repairs, still nothing. Deleted anything that was voiceattack or VAICOM, uninstalled DCS, reinstalled, did a slow repair, still no comms menus in the air. Any help is appreciated.

I found this and I think it explains my question: Tell Skatezilla to use the SteamVR interface (under "rendering driver"), but make sure you have WMR set NOT to start SVR, and make sure you aren't starting DCS with the --force_steam_vr argument. It looks like I would still start DCS using the DCS Updater using the SteamVR rendering driver. Bu not start SteamVR when WMR starts. Does this make sense?

Presuming you are correct, the operative question is how. I only see two options for rendering driver, Oculus and Steam.

Can one use the DCS Updater with OpenXR? If so, how?

Great product. Just purchased and installed the kneeboard add on. The "kneeboard" keyword works but the others i.e. "Anvil", "Crystal Palace", "Tower" do not. They are recognized but the kneeboard does not change. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. Nevermind.... Auto Browse option fixed the problem.

Wondering if this issue was ever resolved. I have the same problem.

Start VA/Vaicom pro, start DCS, open a mission and I do not have any planes available. Repair DCS and get the following cleanup files: Scripts/Speech/common.lua Scripts/Speech/speech.lua after the repair, DCS and missions work fine unless I start VA/Vaicom Pro which causes the same issue. Any help is appreciated.

Just got my hands on this today. I think this is an outstanding training tool. I only wish the text messages were voiced. On a 3 screen setup and the messages are on the far right. Landing is hard enough without looking and reading text messages. The report at the end is great as well. This is just a great tool. Thanks!!

Voice Attack after update to I have VoiceAttack and VAICOM Pro. All was working great on openbeta and stable versions. However after the last openbeta update to DCS 2.5.4.25729 something is broken. The VAICOM PRO commands work fine, but commands I have entered manually have stopped working. For instance I have a "Clear Comms"l command that simply presses F12 to clear the menu. VoiceAttack recognizes the command but DCS does not. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks, I iunderstand the grove, actually I mis-spoke. I meant "through the glideslope". referring to the (\) or (/) I get quite often in my grade report. Thanks for the quick response and sorry for my misleading question.
