1. first pause the standard and the web provider, reactivate them after receiving the file. 2. Do it like said by AVAST ..... ".....You need to use the Exclusion lists: For the Standard Shield provider (on-access scanning): Left click the 'a' blue icon, click on the provider icon at left and then Customize. Go to Advanced tab and click on Add button... For the other providers (on-demand scanning such as the screen-saver or the Simple User Interface): Right click the 'a' blue icon, click Program Settings. Go to Exclusions tab and click on Add button... You can use wildcards like * and ?. But be careful, you should 'exclude' that many files that let your system in danger. .... ......" Be sure to set teh EXACTLY file path for the exclusion! AVAST is informed - hopefully they will change the false positive within the next updates..... Greets S@uDepp

Topic ist the question :) Iґm suffering from my goodґolґX52. The slider shivers around, rotators lost their calibration ..... Is there any difference between both sticks or will both hobble after a few years?! Donґt want to waste 130Ђ for nothing.... Greets S@uDepp

..... U can order/dedicate zoom to the track IR Z axis within the games controller menue. U will loose 6DOF but gain a real zooming in ..... which I DONT prefer..... Would be great if the X52 slider wasnґt that rubbish :/ Greets S@uDepp

...try to disable one core (GPU) by enabling physX to one core (dedicated)..... Even one core has more than enough power! ..when using nHancer ... disable optimizing (AF AA) and drop prerendered fps down to one..... Lets see if it works now.... S@uDepp

Canґt be ! Which settings? Get yourself the http://www.nhancer.com/ and go for the new 181.22 driver. Force within the nHancer 16xMSAA + 16xAF. Over that I prefer Jesses tool - which makes nearly the same as Wombats batch. Thats the way how I get 30-80fps! Ingame 1920x1200, water normal, shadows all planar - everthing else maxed out! With a quadcore @ 4GHz it will fly like a dream! And donґt forget, 4xAA is slower than 16x! Greets & try it! S@uDepp

Ok guys.... topic is the question! I got my BS copy..... got a fast (enough) linux server, got some time...... and Iґm willing to bring a server into service.... Any thoughts how? Greets S@uDepp

BTT: little sidenote with my system..... When launching via jesses tool I receive higher frames BUT with more stocking every 15sec. (swapping?), most workload seems to stay on the first core, mabye the second too..... When starting with wombats batch the frames arenґt that high (dramatically higher than without any affinity batch anyways!), BUT there is no stuttering at all and the workload seems to be partitioned between more cores..... Anyone else having the same/different outcomes? Greets S@uDepp

Strange thing.... My system runs better on 1920x1200 than with 1680x1050 - dunno why. It also gives some fps extra when 4xAA is enabled in comparison to none AA or Quinuxx :dunno: Anyways..... NEW 181.20 WHQL driver is great! :thumbup: 1920x1200, 16xMSAA, AF 8x, everthing "high" except textures "middle" + water "normal", mirrors ON, shadows "planar", Wombats/Jesses affinity "trick" ....... @my specs 30-80fps! AMAZING! :beer: Dunno why U shouldnґt got similar fps with similar settings..... Try it! Greets S@uDepp

....theres more than an upmix! In 2D I use to use the 3D StereoSurround (THX to Daniel_K ! :thumbup: ), while in BS must be something different - some sounds come from the rear only, sometimes...... For example hovering sound comes mostly from the front and stays in the front of the virtual cockpit although I´m with TrackIR and turning to the side. So there must be more than an upmix.... @<((((><: what kind of x-fi and what driver version?! How is the behaviour with other (non EAX) games incl. 3D sound like OAL ? Greets S@uDepp

ehmm......no?! :D :pilotfly: :D So plz ask ED about it later ok?! Beneath - it doesn´t (light in button) work EVERY TIME I switch on the WCS - the lights seem to stay dark independently sometimes.... THX and cheers... S@uDepp
