  1. that last one request is still work in progress for me to gain an absolutely complete touchpal profile still some bugs to eradicate but you may look at Oakes profiles for a good start it is way complete. Be aware that the last versions have been edited to work with SIOC : therefore touchpal section is less complete
  2. Hi Sergio ! a good initiative ! i'll test that ! thanks for the work ! EDIT some remarks and questions : I am not used to work on ooo Draw uninstalled ooo 3.1 and fresh 3.2 install load your script no problemo the included graph is only a work in progress I guess... Ok, but how can we update the properties ? I found you have to click on a graphic object on ooo design interface then right clic then select properties : name, description, size and so on... right ? can you confirm ? I found in the properties that all images are in a subfolder named "resources" : <BackgroundImage>resources\A055p1.png</BackgroundImage> is there a convenient way to update all the properties from all these objects without editing each one ? Is there a way to import a photoshop document (PSD format) ? I found in your macro you used a folder for the png jpg and so on that is a constant : Folder = "touchpaldesigner\" what is the relative path of it if you want to edit that ? is it just at the same level than the touchpal.xml file ? I guess in your exemple your macro build a touchpal.xml file, then you move this file at the correct MyDocuments\touchpal\ directory place so where do you need to place the "touchpaldesigner\resources\" folder including all images ? more questions when I have the time... PS : I tested a run of your macro and the touchpal.xml is created, but I have some lines with "ss" ASCII characters alone... not a big deal a search/replace in xml editor may solve that... but it seems to be a bug no ?
  3. overclock to 3.6 Ghz or more if you can, and you will get 5-15 FPS more with that config dual screeen 1920x1080 x 2 + ATI 4890 1Go + E8400 @ 3.7 Ghz +chipset P45 + Win7x64 => 20-30 FPS
  4. see http://lomac.strasoftware.com/tacview-fr.php for tacview software. a specific script in lua is enclosed for exporting BS datas
  5. Exporting datas including position is already made in the script for the Tacview application via export.lua. Sending these over a network is not so complex to do. But reading these to drive a client BS session... I don't see... I never read anything and have found no knowledge about network tranfert input read by export.lua which could drive the BS software to be synchronous with another one on network. But I agree it would be fantastic... Maybe in the future (in standby for the time) Soft Development Toolkit for pitbuilders... If DCS could read that and take it in consideration... hope cost nothing... Maybe via the multiplayer mode... but no documentation about it...
  6. As said, soluce was to put the xml profile in MyDocs next step is to edit the xml profile to adapt to your own taste (use notepad++ to do that)... a bit more complicated and to do with SIOC you 'll have to create or edit or adapt the export.lua files provided with Oakes thread or touchpal zip, tha t is needed to extract from BS the strings to send to sioc for your EKRAN, and the syntax and way to do is already included in those export.lua... you will do have to study that stuff a bit before continuing...
  7. MD5 is a control code for integrity of your file. a complex algorythm retruns a complex code whic is unique for each file. If yours is different, you won't have the same file than original : download is corrupted. the alternative link I provided is not the original touchpal.exe but an updated version ... read the thread including the link and the inside documents. I will repeat one more time but DID YOU copy the profiles in your MY Document folder ? from project main page : http://code.google.com/p/touchpal/ on the right you have links to documentation : http://code.google.com/p/touchpal/wiki/Installation configuration : http://code.google.com/p/touchpal/wiki/Configuration and so on... if you want to achieve something with TP you have to read and understand all that things... and downloading from http://touchpal.googlecode.com/files/TouchPal-0.4.zip is the normal default package... you have to reboot after installing .Net before it may run ok. post on original touchpal thread here for more help : http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=45721
  8. - install or reinstall latest .NET Framework 3.5. libraries from microsoft (already specified in install instructions) - copy or move your touchpal profiles = touchpal.xml and eventually sub directories with pictures if needed in your My Documents folder that's all folks - try this alternate one : http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=795212&postcount=117 - MD5 hash for original touchpal.exe in zip version 0.4 is c8edff02ecdc1a6042291041bf193432
  9. some benefits of included software are : you may assign other chars to each key you may program macros with succession of keys and delays you may backup and restore your profiles
  10. confirmed working well on 7x64 with latests drivers (see belkin site)
  11. sorry : error.log file of txt type is in my documents folder (or where you placed touchpal profiles) in cas of doubt about your exe, redownload it !
  12. for cougar parts see here : http://cougar.flyfoxy.com/warranty_parts.php
  13. open the error.log file in touchpal directory to have informations about errors for TP
  14. good job for newbies ! excellent contribution ! many thanks !
  15. If you achieve this idea with success ... just to say bravo !!! but won't be easy... precision and hardness of metal (aluminium is to elastic and may modify 3D structure under constraints with time ...(my own unlucky experience) ) ... these are the keys...
  16. no way although to invert left and right, and as a possible soluce to that, is to invert physically the screens, but desktop is inverted in windows tasks...

  20. @ French users : Rotaries touchpal.xml syntax translated on french forum here http://www.checksix-forums.com/showpost.php?p=999711&postcount=8
  21. Do you mean it will be soon a reality to have gauges activated and emulated in touchPAL, with no need of BSVP ? (I supposed it was possible, but had no time to study on it...) Father Christmas is a bit late, but could be a very pleasant gift !!!:thumbup: @ French users : Rotaries touchpal.xml syntax translated on french forum here http://www.checksix-forums.com/showpost.php?p=999711&postcount=8
  22. you do run two instances of BSVP at the same time ? or you have transparent background with BSVP maximized all over the screen, behind the TP screen ? (because of gauges on the left AND on the right) Nice job !
  23. si tu sais administrer les droits utilisateurs pour les dossiers et fichiers, tu peux essayer de voir de ce coté là aussi.
