  2. This ugly version of Kawasaki C-1 is for electronic warfare.   14. For testing purposes probably, Japanese F-15s use J/ALQ-8 instead of AN/ALQ-135. There is some info floating around about a new J/ALQ-9 ECM developed by Fujitsu.
