For testing purposes probably, Japanese F-15s use J/ALQ-8 instead of AN/ALQ-135. There is some info floating around about a new J/ALQ-9 ECM developed by Fujitsu.

This is the ASM-1 (Type 80) Japanese anti-ship missile manufactured by Mitsubishi.
