  1. great i like the way u have made them look and i think it will definitely work. wat it will come down to is pricing. i think im gonna give it a shot. lets do it.
  2. But how did u wire the physical switch to actually work in conjunction with wat is sewn on the sim. Meaning how did u get the fleps switch to actually flip in the simulation game while u phyaically switch it on in ur cockpit. Did dat make sense. Lol. Ok i know u have to wire the physical switch to an IO board. Then from there u plug the board in to the cpu via usb cord. But how did ur board sync with. the actual switch in ur cockpit to work with the simulator.
  3. Hey guys. Im quite familiar with arduino. And i have a dedicated system just for arduino. Im trying to build the f 18 cockpit and im getting all the hardware together drom various places. I havent gotten to any of the coding cuz i was planning on buying a pnp board. But im interested in ur ideas. Let me know where ur at ans maybe i can add something to ur project. At the very least i would like to check on ur updating. Ttyl
  4. If i may. can i ask that by purchasing the boards that u are using, and then connecting it to the computer. ur saying that the computer will automatically allow dcs world to pick it up ? to make it clear. ur saying when i build the panel and switches, i have to wire switch to the board ur talking about, then connect board to the pc, then have dcs world turned on and thats it ? how does the mapping get done as far as the procedure to doing it ? Yes im super new to doing it. lol. i just started the building of an f18 and im starting from left panel to right. im wondering does the cpu do the mapping or do i do the mapping when i plug in the circuit board or IO board to the pc ?
  5. can i ask how did u wire the switches to an arduino ? what was the coding to the arduino and how did the connect to the simulator ? im guessing from the actual swith, u wired it to a port or slot on the arduino, then from the arduino u have plugged it in usb to the computer. then from there i get lost, how did the simulator pick it up ?
  6. btw, thats is a freakin kick ass video nd how u set this up. thats an awesome video. great job
  7. can i ask u to share ur instruction on how u did this with the nano and its wiring . but thats if u dont mind, i dont wanna step on ur toes . ty in advance,
  8. i forgot to ask, can they be used to make the f18 hornet or is this only for the a10c .
  9. I am unable to see th pricing. how much for the complete plug and play with backlite ? also if the pricing is good, how much will 3 or 4 cost, with shipping to the united states 60098 ?
  10. I GET DIRECTX END USER RUNTIME WEB INSTARLLER ERROR WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD HELIOS FILE, HOW CAN I CORRECT THIS ? TY IN ADVVANCE
  11. So does that mean that there's an F-18 profile out there that is already setup to use with Helios or does that mean all the configurations need to be made
  12. OK . I UNDERSTAND. I APOLOGIZE TO THIS THREAD. THANX AGAIN GUUYS, TTYL
