I had the same thing happen to me yesterday..... Messed with my settings for 2 days getting IL2 perfect with high frames and resolution and had DCS 45-55 most of the time ....got an update to WMR beta and now IL2 is stuttering as well as DCS ...Now I'm back to the drawing board....VRfps is saying my cpu is pegged now ....got a 9700K and new MB to throw in this weekend hoping that helps a bit....Frustrating to say the least but what are you going to do.
"VRSS is supported by the driver--no game integration required--and can be applied to DX11 VR games or application that have forward renderers and support MSAA, and have been tested by NVIDIA.

We'll see.....
Alongside the frame rate limit, this driver also includes Variable Rate Super Sampling (VRSS). This improves image quality in VR games by separating shading rate and resolution to improve different parts of the frame that you’re focused on in VR.
I've had my Rev2 since end of July and have had no issues ...Although i still used the Zip tie hack to secure it to the headset on either side of the connector .
I believe you have 2 weeks to get it to them after you get your RMA approved...send them an email or call . My experience with them has been very good.
So my replacement Reverb came in today from BLT ....haven't hooked it up yet but there is a clip in the box for the connector(old didn't have that) ....so it seems this one was either sent from factory with it ( meaning second round after issues).......or they just sent clips to throw in the old box...The connector looks the same cable could be thinner? I can't remember but I though my other cable was stiffer...could be wrong about that.
They better ...I'm hanging on to mine as long as I can before sending back to BLT ....hope I'm not waiting too long for a replacement ...I don't Wanna' go back ...:(
