Well ...got it up and running and it definitely looks great amazing res compared to the other headsets I've had .....Started getting a flickering issue after about 2 hrs ..left eye ...I'm plugged straight into the motherboard usb ...I'll give it another try tomorrow...late here .zzzzz time

I got mine tonight and in all my other games it looks great but for some reason DCS has me above the menu and above the jet in game ...when I hit recenter it flashes for a bit and I'm right back above everything ....WTF ....Any ideas? ....Should have known if i was going to have an issue it would be in DCS :)

I have this case mounted to the wall along side my rig ...really helps with cooling ...Keep a cover over it when not in use to keep dust of it ...killer looking too!

Are you going to zip tie the cable to the back of the headset or free ball it and see if the cable connection holds up ? Mine should be here Wednesday ...think I'm gonna zip it .

Did you do the mod with the zip ties on the cable to the back of the headset? I 'm a little worried now and may do that straight away to try to prevent flickering

Your right some devices work but I always go powered to eliminate the possibility of the issue arising ....My headset is coming soon thanks for posting your findings.
