  1. Quick question, I have mentioned before I am working on a site for checklists, I wanted to know if there are any more official checklists or a time frame for them? ( like shutdown or landing or in air procedures? ) the site is the same as the shipped manual right? Thanks guys!
  2. My mind does not look at it that way, I instinctively split them up. I didnt even think of it. I will have it updated shortly so that there is a single complete one as well :) . Does anyone else have any feedback? I can't make it better unless I hear from people and get ideas or examples or suggestions ect... anyways Thanks all. Hope it is helping people take off and fly! p.s. actually anyone know if the release manual has more checklists? I can add the landing ones and stuff that was not in the pre release manual ( unless I missed it?? )
  3. got a few more added. Soupyc allowed me to add his quick checklists he created. need to sleep now, ya all have fun flying the tomcat and I hope these all help! https://listd.k13.app/f-14/author:Soupyc
  4. Just bumping this for release day. Hope it make it smoother for people. If anyone has any checklists that they want added (simple or shortend one's for example!) give me a shout and we can work it in!
  5. Any chance we can get more spanwable ground units? it is fun for Combined arms to spawn a tank and shoot at the enemy, would be funner still to be able to spawn SAM to shoot down enemy fighters and spawn other fun ground stuff like arty mlrs ect...? or am I misunderstanding how to do that? I use the map and unit spawn stuff cause it seems like it is limited to 2 tanks and a few apc's and one aa gun? Love the work!
  6. Hello, some of ya have been seeing me plugging my site a lot. Only doing it to help people! Anyways. I finished all the checklists in the MiG-19P Manual so posting here to let you all know! Here ya go https://listd.k13.app/mig-19p Enjoy! p.s. Site is free, ad free, and will remain so. you can also copy all my work at any time you want. There is a link to the Github repo in the about page. The repo contains all the checklists modified in to a somewhat markdown format.
  7. Updated the site so that it has an about page for info, I also have the following checklists at a state where I thinkl they can be helpfull AV-8B F-14 FA-18 M-2000C MiG-19P HOLY COW guy sorry, I accidently linked my dev site in this one post and it may have looked crazy or broken at anytime with the old links. I am sorry about that!
  8. Your welcome all. I hope it is helpfull! Thanks for the positive words!
  9. Hi all. shameless plug ( site is free and ad free and should stay that way so I dont feel bad about pulging a free helpfull thing :P ) https://listd.k13.app/f-14 ( of course other plane are in it also and I plane to have them all soon) Any ways what you all think. right now they are a little messy since I didnt really format them except to get them to my data standard. https://github.com/KalAbaddon/listd.k13.app/issues
  10. I think I have all the MiG-19P checklists on the site now I redid the layout since they are a little diffrent then the rest of the checklists https://listdev.k13.app/mig-19p Please give me feed back or let me know if I am missing something! https://github.com/KalAbaddon/listd....ues/new/choose
  11. Ok here is a rough draft of the first 3 checklists for the mig entered in my site. what ya all think? https://listd.k13.app/mig-19p to best track suggestions and bugs https://github.com/KalAbaddon/listd.k13.app/issues/new/choose Thanks!
  12. Thanks! lol I am so confused :P took a few moments looking at time stamps, Thought I was going blind before I posted this!
  13. not sure if I missed it or if it will come later, but I notice the checklists in this doc are not in the same format as the rest of your checklists. For example in the M2000 and Harrier the steps are formatted like so. 1. step to be done. - details of step to be done (I paraphrase here, in the docs they are in a table with the left side step and right side details but the key is the step/detail format) but in the MiG-19P it is a list of sentences or paragraphs per step. Is this something that will be in a later doc or is this the way of the checklist for the the MiG-19P? I am making a checklist site https://listd.k13.app and this is the first checklist I am adding that is like this and it is throwing my design concept for a loop :) To clarify I am NOT complaining at all! , Just asking so I can prepare how I will approach getting this aircraft in my site. It will be added no matter what, but I will need to see if I have to plan a layout for checklists that are in a bullet-ed statement list format vs step/details format.
  14. Awsome thanks!
  15. I am building a Checklist site https://listd.k13.app and got to say, so far its eaisest to build the checklists for RAZBAM craft since the way you all write your documents, I Can copy paste it super easy and apply the needed formatting no problem. Anyways I got most of the m2000 and half of the harrier ( lot of them ) and havent started on weapons, but to keep it fresh I was hoping that ya all had this info for the 19 already so I can get the checklists ready for everyone ( site is free and will not contain adds. ) Thanks.
  16. New Update. Some awesome people have let me copy their work so will have some cooler checklists added!. I have also completed a lot more checklists since last update. We are now over 200 checklists added if I am doing my math right!!! https://listd.k13.app I have a solid amount of checklists for each of the following Aircraft! A-10C AJS-37 AV-8B F-5E-3 F-14 FA-18 M-2000C Mi-8MTV2 MiG-19P MiG-21bis P51D Its also add free. and opensource so you can always just copy everything and change it your way! It is primarily designed to be used on a tablet or phone. but it should work anywhere. Any ideas and recommendations please put them here. https://github.com/KalAbaddon/listd.k13.app/issues/new/choose The idea behind this site is that I can create the checklists in a simple format so it is easy to create and upload checklists, then I can apply formatting both sitewide and targeted with just a single line instead of a chunk of code on each check list item. Here is the wiki at github that shows an example of the code I need for each checklist. https://github.com/KalAbaddon/listd.k13.app/wiki
  17. Well all you did was explain that cleaning a canopy is hard, nothing here disapproving the experience that I brought up. crew chiefs clean canopies, no one else left to do it if they don't. if the canopy is dirty its the crew chiefs responsibility to clean it, polish it, or replace (it if it is decided that it need replacing). A clean canopy is realistic. A dirty canopy is also realistic. But a dirty canopy realistically it is a condition that is expected to be fixed as soon as you can, Maybe it will come after a few more flights, maybe after you replace the the one of the intake lights, or maybe after servicing the tires if there is enough time, but its not never. The mig21 canopy seems to have been abandoned by its crew chief.
  18. how does 4 pics of anything invalidate what I said? here are 4 more? https://media.defense.gov/2004/Sep/22/2000588581/-1/-1/0/040916-F-6701P-033.JPG https://media.defense.gov/2015/Sep/25/2001294415/-1/-1/0/150922-F-QN515-031.JPG https://media.defense.gov/2015/Sep/25/2001294431/1088/820/0/150922-F-QN515-163.JPG https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/74/Cleaning_the_canopy_of_an_USAF_airplane_in_Rionegro%2C_Colombia%2C_12_August_2014_%2814904502586%29.jpg
  19. A former crew chief who will rename nameless has told me that he was chewed out for leaving a canopy dirty, and that it is normally washed once a day ( and good chiefs will clean the inside gauges as well), and when it gets to scuffed they have canopy polish kits on base just waiting to be used by new airmen to fix it. Also this would of all been done to aircraft prior to them getting selected as the alert aircraft so yes alert aircraft are kept clean also.
  20. you mean auto pilot on straight and level hands off and SLOWLY creep to the right? below throttle on right is a covered dial called the Autopilot yaw correction RENFLYGN. Open cover and turn dial left to a little past the first mark and see if that fixes it, it shouldn't need to go past the second mark.
  21. I have created a Thrustmaster Cougar MFD template that has a grid to line up on and a layer that has an image of the MFD scaled to fit so you can see how it looks prior to printing. The file is in XCF format which is used by GIMP a free program kinda like photoshot. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3303134/ screen shots
  22. I uploaded a MFD template I made to the "user Files" section of the downloads yesterday and today it still says "Status: non active" Is this just something that takes time and I need to wait for someone to review it or do I need to do something else? I think it said something about that but I may have clicked past it and now can not find that info. Thanks.
  23. This game has a B17 where you can crew different positions and mission planing! I played it when it came out and cant give it more praise!
  24. Thanks for the info, both of ya!
