I was being launched at by a Phoenix. I’ll just try manual chaff. Maybe another issue with jester? I’ve had other missiles launched at me including SAMS.

Then jester should dispense chaff and I glared I would think but only my manual flares is being dispensed. I guess maybe I can set chaff to manual and do it that way maybe.

I set in the CMS jester defensive fenced in chaff auto and flares manual but when I push the countermeasure button only flares come out. I verified by not only checkin external view but when I rearmed the number of chaff was the same as before I left. This is MP but I don’t think it should matter.

Unable to edit commands I am trying to change ground power on to Chief connect the ground power by hitting add new. I did the finish, AI keyword, left CTRL A then delete then left CTRL V and did the replacement. It shows ground power on1 and then a different shows chief connect the ground power. But if I want to do one for chief disconnect the ground power it only lets me have one. Also when I say chief it’s now unrecognized. Manual says I can edit to my liking with pro which is what I have. Am I missing something?

VAICOM transmit I read the manual about setting the voice press and disabled the same for each of the transmit but for some reason some when I press in the toggle it presses and releases at the same exact time. I have toggles set up for 2-6. 2-5 seem to work fine but 6 is acting up. I have an X-55 rhino so I have the 3 bottom goggles binded. Up TX1 down TX2 etc. Also a separate question. Why does the VAICOM config sometimes just say easy comm on or off? I noticed if it doesn’t show the aircraft then it won’t respond. I tried a default mission and it didn’t work but after I restarted DCS and did just a basic instant action it worked. This happens in the 18 and 14. Am I missing a step that’s causing these issues.

commands not recognized I am trying to get AIRIO to start but when I say yester VA thinks I am saying "just are" Even when I slow down it thinks I am saying that. I don't see anything either showing the AIRIO plugin initialized like VAICOM pro shows and chatter. How do I get this to work. There is no speech training for the tomcat so it isn't recognizing certain words. I want to try this out but having no luck.

Everything in windows is turned up, just the chatter is very quiet in the background

ATC chatter I used the ATC chatter sliders all the way to front. It was like 4 notches but still very quiet. The volume knob doesn’t do anything. Is there anyway to turn up the volume?

How do I download new update?

AIRIO Is there a flow sheet or anything for the tomcat? How do I enable it? It’s not an option in the manage plugins in voice attack

Download I am trying to download the files but they are grey and not downloading. One already says I have 499 left but nothing downloads. I paid for the bundle pack. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have tried several browsers as well.

I will say it is a practice mission my friend made but I wouldn’t think that is the issue.

Oh ok. Yeah I set the tacan for the Lincoln. I’ll have to play around with it a bit. Are you having any comm issues where the ball option doesn’t pop up on menus sometimes. I called inbound, then says see you at 10 and so I call that and get the Charlie signal and make my break and doesn’t always give me the F2. Hornet ball. Specially if I get a wave off or bolter. Sometimes I get a CLARA pop up.

I think 2. It showed 127.500 on the radio panel by the hook down handle. What is GW? I just opened jester and put manually since I couldn’t pull it up in the ATC box.

I set my radio to manual 127.500 for the ship and announced my inbound but never got anything back from the ship. I tried 4 times. Anybody else having this problem or fix?

Is there anyway to clear out coordinates that are from previous flight after I land? I have waypoint target in there and I am trying to reset back to normal so when I go to a different target it's not there.

I just finished mission. Still have a long journey back but they haven’t left the deck. Is there a bug? Did you have any problem past mission 2? Was I suppose to just wait for AirPods to continue even though I waited for quite some time and nothing happened besides one taxied into my place and launched and one started to leave the six pack but then stopped and none of the other 18’s took off

So far I’m 20 min in and they haven’t taken off.

I’m in mission 3. Hopefully it will work this time. I diverted to kish intl like the briefing though and I got a 0 for result even though I got a mission success RTB

I guess I can’t use the carrier for landing. That’s a bummer. I enjoyed getting Marshalled etc.

carrier bug? I am enjoying the missions but I seem to keep getting the audio brief and then when I take off it says my flight is delayed, please wait. I came back to land at the end and I was cleared to land but all the hornets were still on all 4 cats. Am I missing something? I don't get the delayed flight unless I am taking off or I lower the JBD and then it's just me sitting there. Any help would be great. Great to fly the missions once I am airborne.

Am I looking for something in an update stating enemy within 3.0 complete or what am I looking for? I was really starting to enjoy it.
