  1. Thx, will check again. Which program do you use to edit and save the dds files? I use Photoshop with the NV DDS plugin.

  3. Is there a way to increase the resolution of DCS Ground Textures without them being displayed in black in the Sim? For example the fabric.afbmarking.tif.dds in the fabric.zip from 512 to 1024. I used the correct dds format and also the correct number of mip maps. In all attempts I keep getting black runways.
  4. After a long time (2 years) i want to revise my own lamps for airports. Unfortunately, the lights no longer work like they did some time ago at night. I didn't change my argbased visibility animation in max for the omni (see example max in the picture). In the GE i installed the lamp as a vehicle, unfortunately no glow at night time. Without the argbased visibility animation in max, the light shines continuously. Where could the problem be? i use edm-plugins-214971 in max2020. Thx...

  11. Same here, unplayable on High End System. This model again shows clearly the limits of the obsolete DCS Engine.

  19. Sorry, but that is not true. I can test this complete new revision for DCSW for some time here. Everything runs fine with the method gs used here. But here is not the place to discuss it.
  20. How to turn on the night lights (fake_omni_lights for edge lights) of the airport .edm models in the ...DCS_World\Bazar\Terrain\Airfields... folders (Max Export Space: Land)? I use Arg #0 (0-31) for a test Airport edm model but the night animation just does not work in the Airport edm model. These are in my model on forever. Where is the problem? Is here another argument used?
  21. Thanks, I've tried it, everything does not help. Only one "bounding_box" far below the object helps. But that hides the object when i look up in the Cockpit. I suspect because i no longer looks towards the "bounding_box" :(.
