  1. 2/4/25 Can't access winwing web site.  Starting yesterday SimAppPro did not have my current flight stick listed, it said I needed to download another file.  WTH?  I tried to access winwing but your site is down and not loading.  I reinstalled the previous version .22 and the infamous java script error has returned.

    Any suggestions??

  3. I would like to know why WinWing does not support their products. Bought an F-16 ICP in January and only used it  a few times and the flimsy dobber switch broke. Customer service told me they do not warrant the switch. I have spent $2000 on WW products and cannot believe you will not warranty a 50 cent plastic switch. Email chain below.

    Hello, the RTN/SEQ button has broken on my ICP, It was never dropped or mishandled. I was using it while flying the F-16 in DCS and after a push to the right it became very loose and quit working.

    Dear customer, The five-way switch on the ICP, being made of plastic material, should not be forcefully impacted, rotated, or pulled, as it may result in switch damage. This situation is not covered by warranty, we can provide you with the switch, but you need to pay for it

    There was no force or impact, I was simply manipulating it like any other button. I have spent $2000 on your products. If you are telling me you are not going to warranty a poorly made 50 cent part then I will no longer buy your product.

    That is correct. So you are aware, when I had an issue with a Thrustmaster flight stick they sent me a brand new one from France. You are making me pay for a defective plastic piece.

    There are two suggestions:

    1. use another address with different postcode

      I had the same experience. The dober looked cheap from the time I pulled the ICP out of the box. Now it just flops around. The buttons still work, but that switch is beyond cheap and ruins what otherwise is a good ICP. I’m currently looking for a switch to replace it with. I will have to take it apart.

      if anyone knows of a quality replacement switch, I’m open to suggestions.

      Winwing “customer service” is worthless. It one person sitting there with pre-written copy with different ways to say “your screwed”. I asked for a picture of the replacement switch to see if it’s been improved, they say they cannot talk to the development side so they don’t know the answer. Then how can suggestions be made to improve their product? They don’t care, at all.
