redoing the thermal paste helped a little but still shut down after an hour or so, only happens with the phantom. nothing else i use the pc for bothers it

i appear to have a problem with my cpu overheating and shutting down my pc. its a 5900x overclocked to 4.8ghz. iv had the overclock since launch and never had overheating (i have SERIOUS watercooling). its only happening with the f4, nothing else bothers it. im gonna redo the thermal paste and try it, anybody else had this issue? a mate of mine is having bsod in the phantom on his laptop and hes beggining to suspect overheating too

since the last 2 versions i get nothing in dcs for any module. testing it works fine though. any ideas why?

i do fly vr and would like all the frames i can get lol. i have a6800xt gfx card and they seem well matched, ie sometimes im cpu bound, others im gpu bound

iv uninstalled and resinstalled, nothing works any more :( , testing the hardware works fine in the sound module. maSSge in simshaker for aviators doesnt work either

anybody done that swap? is it worth bothering with?

i got a similer error the 1st time i launched it. no errors now but it still doesnt work. thats including todays patch aswell

it didnt give me an option! ffs, its just installed it to c drive! how do i get it to install to d drive?? null

i deleted it and im installign now. it didnt give me an option of where to install it. will it do that when its finished downloading?

what am i deleting exactly? ed folder in prog files and dcs open beta in saved games?
