Srvers lua script is enforced on all clients, so even if you dont have this mod and you log onto server that does have it, you will play with this mod.

I understood that if i change refresh rate of monitor, stutter should go away. My system goes over 30 fps, however not all of the time in FC2, while with FC1 its way over 40, 50. I'm waiting for some tweaks witch i suppose are going to appear in this thread ;) (done first one by Yoda, but as ever, would like more)

FPS counter seems to be really strange in this game. As far as i know if you see more than 24 frames per second you see image moving smoothly - thats the way human eye is working. In FC2 even with values around 30 i can see world stutter. Another strange thing is, that even with FPS count around 10 ( clouds, buildings, lights, poor graphic card) stutter is not so significantly bigger. Does it really show Frames Per Second rate or is it some Frames Precount Sinificance or even Form of Popular Sickness ;) Seems not very accurate, or is it just me?

Just like on Tomcatz's su-27 skins are little bit off. How about model itself, have You fixed pylons. Can You post some new renders if model changed since last ones posted?

I must be blind or stupid. I do not have .exe file in main dirctory i do have two .dll files - one is multiplayer and it starts a... multiplayer game, other one is inputsetup.dll and it does nothing.

What do you mean by running it by a switch? Is "switch" a "shortcut"? If so its not working for me eighter.

So far: + - fell inside cockpit - sound - new map - new 3d models - control setting separate for every plane - can add flares in .lua scripts ;) - no fps drop while things explode, or missiles are launched - ballistics - delay on fire button ( firstly i thought i could not shoot at all) - - Can't see what skin i choose in mission editor - poor overall FPS rate, but its due my hardware not FC2 itself (FC1 gets more FPS) - humancockpit "yes" trick don't work

No it doesn't.

With FC1 it was easy, just copy whole LO folder to another location and start it first time with lockon.dll file and that was it. Cant figure out how to do it with FC2 and its very bad for modding as i don't want to screw my main ionstallation copy. I know backing up is a way, but i think about using various mods, taht exclude use of other ones without need to install it every time i want to play. For example gripen mod use MIG-29G slot as is F-16 mod. I want to use both so i need at least two FC2 working copies. Anyone?

Can i make multiple instalation of FC2? It was really useful with FC1 as i could get many different modes, some excluding use of other ones.

ctrl 'backspace' dont work, how do i see FPS rate in FC2? Itried tweak by Yoda and it runs smoother, however my FC1.12 is way smoother. Hoped to imrpove my grphics with FC2 but it looks for now as step back. Hope some more tweaking will help.

How about installing FC2.0 on FC1.12 with some mods? I cant find unmoded copy of FC on my hard drive and my LO CD got scratched so i wont be able to do new installation.

I went from 16 to 20 hrs now. Grhhh.... Funny thing is i was always saying i will wait for opinions, but friday evening and few beers later.... credit card came out ;)

It kept redirecting me to front page, but now file number two is downloading. However speed is not even 40kb/sec so its shows 15hrs to go !!!!!!!!!!!!

I have no problem with default a-10. Simmod one is out for ages, but i never bothered to install it. I'm more worried about compatibility of other 3rd party models, as i'm not sure they will be usable without any major thinkering. Walmis F-15 will be a no no for sure as original file is lost.

I would, no problem its just that kind of person i'm. You would just find problem with SF verification as original DVD copy i would keep for myself ;) Whats Your point, people share files all the time for free in meaning MODs, and i'm one of them as well as you can find some mods made by myself on other site i will not mention its name ;) I just think if kuky shares his overcast MOD it will be quicker than if i was going to fiddle with bitmaps myself.

Yeah, i'm using "Mitch Jensen overcast mod" and it does not make much difference either. I've got C2D T5750 2x2.0 GHz CPU, 4Gb of DDR2 ram and GF9200M GS card, so i think it's decent enough to play a game witch is few years old. Or, is it?

Thats why i wait for FC2.0. Im pretty happy with FC1.13 but my FPS drop when weather is bad. I have quite good computer, even thou is a laptop, but FC1.13 does not use dual core CPU properly. I hope that with FC2.0 my fps will go up on bad weather day.

I find it quite unbelievable that you find unbelievable that some of us find price change unbelievable ;) Just call everyone else stupid, shallow and tight. Oh, and all those from eastern Europe - komis ;) No offence, just notice this mark ;)
