Still same problem here. Hope they'll fix it. -
Back on SU-25T, I've noticed PPTM's still not working without Shkval, as described here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=113933&page=2 Any update? Thz.

Ok. My question on standalone modules arises from DCS official site, where u can find: Note: the aircraft model is identical to the Flaming Cliffs 3 module. Owners of FC3 do not need to purchase. So it's clear FC3 owners do not have to buy them... but is it necessary to download and install them anyway? Bit hazy here... Thx.

Hi all. I owned FC3 module since DCS 1.2 version. I also installed on it f-15c, a-10a, su-27 and su-25 modules In DCS 1.5, the modules manager had retrieved the FC3 module correctly, but I cannot find f-15c, a-10a, su-27 and su-25 single modules, as installed or downloadable: they're only avaible for buying... but I purchased FC3 parent module before. Can someone help me? Or is it normal? Thx a lot.

i'm feeling as u said. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=123896 still wondering for an official and updated piece of news...

yes i hope so. i love the mig29 and it's the only one with 2d cockpit now.
-
Hi all. Quick question: is ED working on mig29 6DOF 3D cockpit? Thanx.

After resetting again the deafult key bindings i've discovered the problem! by default the shkval zoom was assigned to the mouse axis z... removed this... now zooming features work well with two levels of magnification. maybe this could be helpful to someone else with this kind of problems!

Ah ok... and did they worked both for you? I've tried several times without success... i can only see through one fixed magnification ratio. I tried with the standard keys specified in the manual... but nothing happened! Can u help me? Thanx!

Hi guys, is there a way to zoom in and out with the shkval for Su25T in FC3? in the manual it's specified we can try amongst tree levels of magnification... but they're not working... or i'm missing something? In FC2 it worked well! Thanx a lot!

I noticed no more glitches with: HDR - OFF. SHADOWS - MEDIUM. TSSAA - OFF. I've cpu (I7-950) and gpu (GTX-570) both oc'd (cpu@3,8-161bus and gpu@850clock-2100mem-1700shader) Peak temperatures: CPU@76C° - GPU@80C° Steady 70-80 fps, basically everywhere at low level altitude. ;)

I noticed that switching from nav to combat mode the HSI freezes... This affects all planes... I hope this will be fixed!

yes... it was an FFB driver problem i uninstalled them and used only windows system drivers (no FFB). all working now!!! thanx a lot... ;)

I own the gt rumble racing wheel by thrustmaster with pedals. i'd like to use pedals to control mig29 and su27 rudders. pedals must be connected to the wheel as they've no standard plug. i tried them in lomac (both FC2 and FC1), the rudders worked fine but i wasn't able to trim pitch and roll, and aircraft nose always pointed to the ground... so i plugged the wheel off and everything worked well, no prob with trim and the aircrafts seemed to fly correctly. help!

reading your comments, x52 seems a quite reasonable product, but as i said not so reliable and accurate. as it costs 100€ i cannot understand the reason why saitek cannot guarantee a solid product. citycars aren't less reliable than luxury models, which cost much more and offer superior characteristics and performances, but the basic features are assured on both car types. otherwise only very very few people can buy cars, or the greater part of drivers should be garage mechanics. it seems saitek's thinking "ok we offer a cheap product and so we can built it with some defects..." this is very annoying! so my dilemma will continue...
-
Ok.. essentially you said: "it's a decent product, with good support, the only one you can find for 99$ in respect to fairly good tech features". I valued also the Cougar or the CH Products ones (flight stick + pro throttle) and they seem very solid. I can't find big problems about their dependability and performances... but i've to double my budget... and u know... it's a game... there's no problem spending 245$, but it's a joystick we're talking about! i'm very doubtful... thanx for your opinion!
-
Ok... i need new hotas... For my budget i found only x52. But i'm dubious of dependability, especially about the auto-calibration system. Indeed saitek built x52/pro with digital sensors and many people experienced flaws. I read x52 has several problems with pov switches and throttle wheels too. What are your suggestions? Thanx :)

Yes ok fine. i hope ED staff release them soon. imho, it could be interesting to have a translated version of the russian videos, which are much more complete and clear. ;)
