  3. OK Captain Loz, now I fully understand your problem - will look what can be done to span the container for the radio beyond the in-game Gui. Try this workaround in the meantime: First : I assume your total res is 6048 + 1920 = 7968x1200 (info gathered by scaling up your screen-shot and out of your signature) And I assume that you placed your in game-gui , via the gui-monitorsetup-edit at X= 2068 Y=0 width=1920 height =1200 If above isn't right - change my following numbers as necessary . for your monitorsetup.lua: GUI = { x = 2208; y = 0; width = 5760; height = 1200; } UIMainView = GUI for your CommandMenu.lua: local RadioMenuXpos = 500 local RadioMenuYpos = 640 Than your Briefing screen and all this stuff should appear at the left screen of your TH-row. The Radio-massage-log will spawn at your center screen and you are finally free to place the radio-menu at your helios-screen .

Loaded up a new version that corrects a little mishap: v2.1 isn't conflicting any more with click-able cockpit elements that are under the click-able area for the radio menu. @ Loz, Toby and Greg I will answer your questions in detail at the weekend and maybe your requested features are than already implemented... In the meantime: Pleas load up edited DCS Screen-shots ( Before/After ) - so I understand 100% what you want to achieve and how it should look at your end. - this will answer many of my questions.

  6. Thank you , and +1 in return. - but be advised to use it with a little caution (...whatever that means...) . I found only 20min to test it up to now , mainly in the Huey and A-10C. I can't guarantee that it is working 100%. - but I also didn't saw any bugs up to now.

  11. The in-game size of the PAPI Lights Textures depends on the screen-aspect . means: on a 16:3(3x16:9) Triple-head Setup it will be 3x bigger as on a single 16:9 screen. So one version can't fit for everyone. This happens with many light textures in DCS , but the most noticeable are the PAPI lights. ED needs to implement somehow a multiplier in the scene-drawing parameters that takes the actual screen aspect into account. Let's hope this is implemented in the new terrain rendering engine >>> Please use the attached file for a TH setup - the lights are aprox. 6times smaller as the default. Here is a comparison: Unrar and copy dds file into your Bazar\TempTextures folder lamp-land_white-red for TH -16-3.rar

  13. OMNEG ! - whatever I did- I did it wrong !! - now I see it myself.. Many thanks!! -Whatever- it doesn't change the functionality of this Mod or the need for SweetFX. ....will make some more tests and edits if time allows it . Than I will pass relevant things I found out to you.

No, there isn't a copy of the HDR.lua or equivalent in the Saved Games folder and/or in the root installation folder anymore. - you have to edit the shader files directly instead - and this is very convenient. (..but I would be glad if someone proofs me wrong...) Well..., your view ! - But I also wouldn't be able to make a decision while totally plastered. ...and the default washed-out look of DCS would maybe also look very colourful to me.

Thanks! @Rider1 Just to show you that I care: I edited the server.lua GlobalCameraViewAngleLimits to 5,100 just like you and I used the included All planes-modules-test 1.2.6.miz and jumped right into the Su-25T and used the NumPad/ and NumPad* to the limits and took two screens while DCS is at the limits and in a windowed Res. 1024x768 - and it just works. - and I made again test in any other module/plane without a change in the result. Please reproduce this procedure and provide similar screens - so I have something to work with. EDIT : And I added a screen for MadTommy that shows the XM60m pilot sight is lowered and working wile the Radar-altimeter is also functional while this mod is installed, at my end.
  16. Which one exactly? (name/module/plane) - better = load it up. I want try to recreate your situation. - also tell me at which res you run DCS. - did you checked the 'user snap-view saving' option? other Mods installed ? did you do a full repair after you deleted your view folder in the DCS installation ? ..than more info than better . ..less info = more guesswork for me. ..and less interest to investigate. - as I already said: It works with no problem on DCS 1.2.6 for me.

  18. Please make sure that you follow my instruction this time and place them in your saved-games folder and don't edit the stock files!   19. On another note: Since 1.2.6 it is not possible any more to adjust the colourshift of DCS because the HDR.lua is missing... (EDIT !), so I started to use SweetFX . Boy! I could slap myself that I haven't used It earlier.... - and I highly advise to do the same for all of you. See this comparison of my settings - it adds more vivid colours/contrast and removes this "grey dust" and also sharpens the textures. : I added a copy'n'paste ready SweetFX version for 64bit systems with my settings to make it easy for you.
