Yes, like DCS is better than Strike Eagle on my Commodore 64. :) One look at the NTTR and I realize that I never thought it would be this fantastic! Truly blessed with this great hobby. I tend to complain at times but I do reflect on what a great thing we have here. Thank you for the post!

Solved. Was entering East coordinates for Nevada. Duh!

I can change the Prep to the target coordinates, lets say 02. I can effectively changes the N and E Lat/Long. I then goto Dest and select 02 and it always brings me back to homeplate although the coordinates are set to something different. I will keep trying.

I have read Chapter 14: Navigation. When I enter the new coordinates I can't seem to get the system to goto the edited data. I enter properly. Any help will greatly received. Thank you!

I am working on a batch file to change skin description.luas but not sure if it will work across the board. I am done messing with skins for today. Going to do some fun flying tonight with a pipe and some hot cocoa.

I am having a weird issue where my F-5E will only use installed skins that come with the module. Still working on that. The skins were working, pre trashed install, with white boxes. Now I have a fresh install and can't get 3rd party skins to work in just the F-5E so it is a Belsimtek issue.

Notepad ++ has a lot of power. You can specifically search out file names and just change those. I just learned that due to my re-install. The fix is there but I am still puzzled as to the why.

Many times you guys get the whole shoot the messenger thing.

What would help 3rd party developers is to know what the change was and why and it is a big change obviously. I am going to leave it right there as I have been told several time by DCS, not my problem, in a nutshell. Just glad it is fixable. You, Skatetzilla, have always been an awesome resource and help. I do not have empty.tgas either. I had to alter the description.lua file for every livery folder. It referenced empty.tgas that are not there. I added png to the words empty in the description.lau and all the skins are good with the exception of some smeared graphic on the A-10 engine.

I did this en mass the first time thinking it would be real quick. After having to re-install after trashing DCS I would not recommend this at all. Safer to do each and every livery folder separate.

It is in many stock DCS skins as well. Several of the Mustang skins and A-10 skins. I have spent a long time going through description luas and removing references to empty.tga and adding png to the empty. Major fail on the update and if DCS could just acknowledge it I would be happy. Not everyone is as savvy with Notepad ++ like I am. A batch should be developed but as usual it is the end users fault and not DCSs in any way. One upset paying customer right here but that doesn't matter either.

I used Notepad ++ and replaced every word in the description Luas from empty to empty.png and it worked. You can replace all with the search tool.

Seems like an issue with just the side numbers.

That is fine but how did the exports system change? If I know maybe I can fix some things.

I looked at the file structure and I can't see anything that would prevent exports from happening. Really weird since it is Lua driven. I tried doing the old in game directory config export folder and nothing. I will keep digging. This is a show stopper for me. I have a Volair Pit that is Helios driven with three touch screens so this a no go for me.

Got the same here with the exports. Skins are jacked as well. May revert back if no HOTFIX within a day or so. Sad thing is the F-5E is phucking beautiful now!
