Das hatte ich probiert allerdings ohne Erfolg. Ich hab jetzt mal zu Testzwecken die TrackIR 4 software wieder ausgegraben, da funktionierts komischerweise absolout reibungslos. Bleibt präzise auf einem Punkt wie es sein sollte und ich kann endlich den Ministick am X52pro als Maus benutzen da ich die Tasten jetzt treffe :) Danke für den Reply!

Guten Tag! Ich habe mich eigentlich schon dran gewöhnt das mein TrackIR unsauber arbeitet. Jedoch interessiert es mich doch nochmal ob das denn unbdeingt sein muss. Präziser formuliert also folgendes: Wenn ich einen Punkt fixiere also z.B. mit dem HMS tanzt der Zielpunkt immer ein wenig um diesen herum im Bereich von etwa 5mm jede Richtung. Ich bin der Meinung das es auf Vista mit TrackIR4 Software nicht so schlimm war jedoch ist es etwas nervig wenn man kleinere Buttons oder Ziele schnell anvisieren möchte. Ich konnte zu dem Thema keine direkten Suchergebnisse erzielen. Ich hoffe das ist kein gewöhnliches Problem mit der Ursache in der Track IR hardware. Wenn mir da jemand helfen könnte wäre ich zutiefst erfreut. :smartass: EDIT: Die bewegung stammt nicht vom Controller an dem eine Zoomachse auf nem Regler liegt.

Can you please compare the sound of the gun in RL with the version in the game? As most of the sound modders only have videos for comparison that would be very interesting too hear.

Thats a good question. I'm currently at 16:9 with that res, but with 16:10 the A10 looks much fatter with 16:10. I hope the correct setting is 16:10 :P EDIT: Too slow damn its 16:9

I had a look at the GAU 8 sounds today. e We obviously have two sounds there: The first one is the bullets hitting the ground (high) and a bit later the second one the GAU 8 itself with a very low sound like in DCS:A10C at the moment. Itś a pity that we only have videos for reference with mostly distorted sounds recorded with simple camera mics. Standard flyby pretty close (distorted) a naked GAU 8 with a lot of reverb audible at the end and also distortion. A GAU 8 with an A10 around it with a lot of distortion Iḿ actually not too sure if the GAU 8 creates a third higher sound coming from the muzzle flash. If so this one could be affected by the forward speed of the A10 so it's maybe not audible while flying. In conclusion I think that the GAU 8 sound at the moment from within the cockpit is very close to realistic but I'm not exactly sure how it really would sound like from the outside. Any suggestions, investigations, real life experience? We still don't know how ED creates the sounds I would bet they are synthesized by a sound designer and are not sampled.

Mine already has a basic knowledge of the hogs avionics and weapons. And she never saw the cockpit or manual :P I always have that problem watching any Flightsim vids form the CP. :D

I can recommend this one as it's also useful for other games Changes automatically the buttonmaps accordingly to the game and is easy to program.

Wenn ich mal von DCS: A10C ausgehe: Das wichtigste wäre da erstmal das deine Steuerungsachsen alle funktionieren. Die werden im Simulator direkt belegt deswegen schlagen da die Profile nicht an.

Hmm I would say that the sound in the clip is too high because the camera the clip was filmed with didn´t recorded the low frequencys ;) Here I am again, diveplane!

I´ve just mentioned Mafia2 as an examle of how mysterious errors in game can be. I expect errors coming up when I turn something on instead of turning it off :D I´ve reported a black flickering of buildings on the edge of visibilty earlier. I can report by now that this only happens when Visibility is set to low both other settings are working fine except some strange black half transparent lines sometimes in the sky. Settings: Amd64 *2 6000+ 3,2 ghz 4830 ATI 4Gb Ram Win7 64bit Catalyst 10.9 64 32bit a10 executable TrackIR4 with 5er software In game Settings: Res-1920*1080 Texture- High Scenery- High Heatblur- off Civil-off Water-low Visibility-medium Cockpitinstruments- 512 Mirrors-on HDR- off MSAA- 16x Grass distance- 250m Catalyst settings All application set Mipmapquality - 2snd from the right AI-off Testscenario was Russian lakes- Hard instant mission.

Totally agree on that! Tried to kill 3 tanks for half an hour and all I hit was a brdge and a road. This Mavoptics are really unsharp, must have missied something. I like the fact that Ground units begin to leave theire convoy scattering after your first pass with the Gau.

@ alexio I had a strange bug with mafia 2 recently. As soon as I turned anti aliasing off in the ingame menu almost all of the objects disapeared in the game, excet the sky and the eyes of the character. Took some time to find that out since I turn AA always off.

Just one thought: Did you disable adaptive antialiasing, catalyst A.I and Vsync at the same time and everthing elso to application controlled?

Ah I didn´t knew that.:smartass: Another question: Is there at last someone out there with an ATI Card that gets acceptable frame rates without heavy graph errors above the 4830 ?

Is that the most actual driver available for XP ?

Ah thats a difficult situation. I got it for 2 days actually and I can agree to others that have said: No hurry the A10C is still a bit buggy at the moment. Good Luck!

@MTFDarkEagle Didn´t that Wirecard thing worked for you? I finally gave up on getting an creditcard and simply asked my mom. Mom is a very easy to use credit card service and if you got some luck you haven´to pay at all. :D
