About the switch functionality on the Thrustmaster replica, I just got mine and noticed the 4 way hat switch is actually usable only as a 3 way (FWD-BACK-RIGHT) switch+depress (like the real Hornet stick). In other words the number 18 switch (moving the hat to the LEFT) doesn't do anything on my replica stick (I can't even feel and hear the "click" like for all other positions). Is that normal?

Hi guys, FYI I just found out that with the latest OpenBeta patch (2.5.6) the F-104G is flyable (previously I could only use as an AI) if you have the F-15 FC3 module. So you do not need the whole FC package. I have a question about adding liveries: In the "Textures" folder there are 2 subfolders (one for each F-104 variant) named VSN_F104G.zip and VSN_F104S.zip which contain some textures for extra liveries. These liveries come in a single .dds file (versus the 6 .dds files of the textures found in the "Liveries" folder) How can I use them? Is a skin from the S version usable with the G version? (asking cause the G version is the only one that works for me) Thanks

Thanks for the link draconus. So I guess with the new sound structure using mods now is not that easy/straight forward. I wonder why ED changed that :dunno: I'll try the saved games folder trick as someone suggested in that thread...

Hi everyone, Quick question on the new Beta update 2.5.6 and 3rd party files. In the previous patch I had a new sound mod for the FA-18 C installed and during 2.5.6 update I backed up the sound mod. Now DCS_OpenBeta shows me a new "Sounds.edc" folder (with a lot of subfolders numbered) and the backed up files folders. It looks like the original F-18 soundpack is playing now: how can I have the mod running again? Thanks

Buongiorno a tutti, ho un problema relativo alla cartella "Saved Games". Ho installato DCS 2.5 sul mio Disco principale © ma ho notato che la cartella è vuota e si trova in C/Utenti/Default/ invece che in C/Utenti/"nome utente"/ Ho successivamente installato DCS Beta su un altro disco (senza che nulla cambiasse relativamente alla cartella Saved Games) Qualcuno sa darmi lumi? Grazie P.S. Utilizzo Windows 10 Home edition

After installing DCS 2.5.5 I noticed my Saved Games folder is empty. Also the folder is located in C/Users/Default/ Shouldn't it be in C/Users/User/ instead of the Default subfolder?.. My DCS install is in C/

Hi all, just joined the community (first post). I have a quesrtion on the FA-18C updates:I cannot find the Litening Pod in the FA-18C load manager neither the new released Harpoon missile (they are not in the load list). Is there anything I need to do in order to get these updates on my Hornet?(I thought updates were automatically loaded everytime DCS is launched...) Running DCS 2.5.5 This could be a very silly question: pardon me I am new to DCS and the FA-18 :) Thanks
