Not that true, I'm a big fan of BF2, 64Players maps are havoc. Lots of issues with lag, you have to continually search for best ping rank server. Something I would like to see in LoMac is what Bf2 has to offer: The details stats they have on there rank servers would be cool to have as a feature … example (your best plane, your best bully online, your best target, your weapons of choice, your favorite coalitions and such. More stats the better) The present pilot logbook features in lomac, as it present state. Is pretty much useless. Constantly editing the file in question is a freaking pain. Reason why I don’t care for it anymore. Unless Ed updates this feature, they should take it off. Since is worthless as it is. Don’t get me wrong. The idea is great. But once you die...resurrecting and such...it’s gets boring...We need more “Steak” in that area. My 2cents. Cheers

Rgr that, nice to hear, Cheers

Don’t know what happen initially. I tried to replicate today what happen yesterday. Recorded the track just in case. Flew the same route and altitude. Now, I received the warning tones and the launch warning… But will try to make a habit on clicking on record track instead of clicking on fly. Just in case it re happens again. I’m pretty sure I was not dreaming yesterday… Anyhow thanks for your input. Seems I was not alone experiencing this, so there might be something there to investigate. Cheers.

Hello Fellow Lomac flyers. My question is about this 9M38M1, Medium Range, Radar-guided. Was flying on our server. Got shot down twice by “Sam’s”. Checked the logs, the only thing apparent that launch at me was that missile. I never receive any warning tones. No missile launches detection whatsoever. My bird was flying like nothing was locking me up. I was hot at 5000 meters at the time in a Su27. Is this normal behavior for this missile? A glitch / Bug? Thanks for your responses. Cheers.

Cool Nice to hear. I had the same performance increase also. Here a verry good link that explains lots about tweaking your bios settings; http://www.rojakpot.com/default.aspx?location=9 About your sound Card. What model do you have? I Initialy had lots of issues with my old Soundblaster live and onboard sound. I tried different things. from changing PCI slots, also tried the PCI latency utility mentioned in this thread & Different drivers. Always gave me crackling noice from time to time. Especialy if I used Teamspeak at the same time. True the issue was only apparent with lomac. Got tired of playing and tweaking things to resolve that problem. Time is money so I decided to invest on a sound card upgrade, It elimitate the problem all together. Presently using a Creative SB Audigy LS. Verry not expensive and it serve it purpose for now. NOTE I still use the pci latency tool. Verry usefull for tweaking. For my setup, 64 pci latency, is a good value for my sound card and Video compatible controller. You can download it here also http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=951 Cheers Happy Tweaking

OT: FYI best Nvidia I found to date

The core remains the same, but the added features, eases the process of Overclocking and tweaking your Card. I'm still in testing, but comparing the DNA 77.77 against the Official 77.77 WHQL. My testing so far indicates the DNA our more optimize, giving more ability to exploit your hardware to its fullest. To this fact, I've notice IMHO that I can put more eye candy without sacrificing fps with these drivers. I'm always looking for the best drivers out there for my mobo. Who knows, I might change them tomorow. :D About the DNA for the ATI, I cant raise my opinion on them, since I dont have one... Main reason for posting the DNA version was to give and alternative or win/win solution for those that have issues with the Official ones. And that there where not aware of the Features that it contains. Feel free to share your knowledge on the best drivers you found for your mobo to improve your experience in Lomac sky's :icon_wink Cheers, Happy tweaking -
If I would be you I would try lowering your aperture to 64mb. Disable Spectrum and fast write in the bios.

http://www.dna-drivers.com/index.php DNA-Force 2.0.7777 Released FPS verry much nicer. The features included, Man. Awesome. The install process will ask you what you want. I asked for balanced, then enable Advanced settings; Allows to O/C, set your AGP settings and so forth. I got great results with Lomac. Give them a try and share your results. (By the way I did not O/C yet on it on my BFG6800GT) (for me its a keeper) t'ill next version :D Cheers I'm out testing BF2 with this puppy  Edit: verry stable and increase FPS with more eye Candy. Who needs and Ati lol.

Forceware 80.40 Beta drivers
169th_Moose replied to S77th-GOYA's topic in Lock On: Flaming Cliffs 1 & 2
version 77.76 rocks my world. version 80.40 heard some bad rap on the guru3d forum. So aint sure, I dont dare to try it, until the majority on their forum says its worth it. Unless you lomac flyers dare to try it.... If you do, keep us informed on its performances. Cheers -
I've just tested out version 77.76 from guru3d, issue is no longuer there, seems it was a driver issue. Thanks for your input. Cheers Han & Eagle Dynamic, Beta Testers, Keep up the good work.

Man, 15 pages, lol, Thanks for your all input. Verry much appreciated. Bring on, the Ka50 Dev. I'll show what " Un Québecois peu faire " lol  I've been waiting for a long time for a "chopper sim". Integrating a ka50 with Lomac, made my world. Cheers to you all at Eagle Dynamic. Hope it comes out soon... Hope that FC made your pockets profitable. If so, bring this chopper out. I want to ride it, so bad. :D PS: Our Squad is pretty reputable. It would be a honor for us to test this bird out. I know, these posistions mostly is already taken. But we are still available if need be. With respect, to other Squad's... (dont want this thread to become a flame war with other Squad's in here) Challenges would be considered through our website forum. http://www.169thpanthers.net "ONLY" not here. Cheers, -

Thanks for the confirmation. Now would it be possible to have this fixed in the next patch? I know that your plate is pretty full as we speak. But I would think this consideration would greatly be an asset to the rest of the community, due that most of us prefer to fly with AA enable. Thanks in advance.
