hey guys after creating the second ka-50 2 folder another install and then the patch 1.0.2 it seems to be working!!! no error messages in game or in the options menu which i can access. guys appreciate the help, happy flying!!!

Hey guys just did a fresh install there again. From version 1.0. I ran a fresh copy of 1.0.2 seems to install correctly. same message comes up and also when i try and go into options menu it displays options error message and kicks me back to the main screen. any clues?? should i just install an earlier version 1.1C or something?

yes i am able to get into game, how do you uninstall a patch?

true and thats why i did install the dx9 drivers when it asked me to do so. so ime guessing shouldnt be a driver issue?

i have a dx11 enabled card, i got new AMD drivers today. i did let it install the dx version anyway but i dont think that should be the problem unless ime mistaken

Hi guys, havent been on black shark in a while been working on A-10C. absolutely brilliant!!! anyway i did a fresh install activated downloaded 1.02 from site and got following error when i clicked on Black Shark 1.0.2 icon. game continues to load but has anyone seen this or got a fix whatever this is thanks again oh forgot my dxdiag but up now i think DxDiag.txt

Fairly sure that the chopper needs to be actually be destroyed to get a new one. even sitting on fire in the grass aint gonna cut it. eject and then try it. i think thats the way that it works anyway

Ea-6b prowler thats the way to go. Landing on the carrier in high winds and rough seas at night. I think that you cannot call that boring anyway!!!

hmmm gonna empty up a chopper and see what altitude i can get to!! should see if anybody can get a record or something

hi all, just wondering if anybody has any online links to any reading material for this bird. anything from flight/weapons/tactics/maintenance/performance. just want to get a better understanding of this machine any links to books vids tutorials all welcome!!!

I tried something before maybe you guys can help me with. when switching between modes 1,2 or 3 you can program keys on activation of a mode. so i set stuff like radar on, weapons master switch on and stuff like that. problem was that when i hit pinkie and another key that i had mapped it went to say mode 2+pinkie (just say that i was in mode 2 to start and had it named AirToAir, radar and weapon master switch. ok so when i release the pinkie it recognises mode 2 again and re switches then buttons again. maybe i am just trying to put on too many buttons onto x 52. hope you guys understood my rant!!! any ideas fixes, please post

Hey guys just your posts and realised that i didnt have my location set!! updated now, Tipperary!! Anyway just getting to grips lately with the autopilot modes/trim and 4 autopilot channels, havent messed too much with the FD mode yet. i think it would be better to use autopilot then transition to autohover and leaves you avaliable to work sensors/weapons identifying and targetting!!

hi all i know that i have seen some stuff on this before but thought id just add this in which helped me a lot. i read somewhere about programming the Shkval onto the thumbstick of the x 52pro using the SST. I selected bands for the X and Y axis and used the default keys of ,./; to move the shkval Left, Right, Down and Up. This gives some nice clean movement for the sensor, also i am enabling it only using the Shift (Pinkie Button) so the thumbstick is free to move around the cockpit. Any other tips/tricks for programming the X 52 in the SST please post. Understand that everybody has their own way of doing this but i found a lot out by seeing how others do it and copying some of their ideas and omitting others.

i have a new rig i7 920 @ 4 ghz 6 gb corsair ddr3 rampage 2 extreme motherboard xfx 5870 pioneer blue ray velociraptor's x 2 total 600 gb running on a 22inch monitor at 1680 x 1050, all settings up max, water, visibility and the like in CCC everything up max aswell frame rates range from 20-70 depending on whats going on, affinity set to all 8 cores and the like. wasnt expecting mind numbing FPS when i built new computer for this game anyway

home edition works fine for me, just a lot of gaming and gonna set up a small home network soon enough

ah yes true indeed, current build is just an e8400 and an ati hd 2400 going for a i7 920 @ 4ghz with the xfx 5870 hopefully this game will run sweet with that combo
