When Jester is fenced in, a SAM could be going off 100 miles away at a completely different target, but Jester starts dumping chaff like a madman.
Any possibility of making him only dump countermeasures when a missile is coming at us?

I was doing .95 in MIL with that exact loadout last night. No issues. 32k altitude in Syria.

To my understanding the boat would always aim to have 30 kts of wind over the deck, so if you have for example a 20 kts headwind, the boat would only be moving at 10 kts to get to the required 30.

Look at the Mach number, not the kts. At MIL you should be doing around M0.9 depending on loadout.Doing the Reforger campaign, I notice that the Tomcat is quite sluggish at this altitude. I can barely fly at 300kts under military power at 32000 ft. Is this how the Tomcat behaves at 32000ft?

Find him on radar. When you're within 100nm lock him up in STT, then just follow the diamond.can anyone share info how can i find tanker without tacan? im flying iriaf cat and my tanker is IL-78 which dont have a tacan. thanks

Tested the Phoenix at 34000 feet, M0.9 at an enemy MiG-23 nose on at same altitude.
Rookie AI got shot down at 75, 65, and 50nm with ease.
Veteran AI defeated each missile at same distances.
The missile seems to be working as intended, and the probability of hit or miss seems to be at the enemy AI level.

Why, After landing on the Super Carrier, The Flaps will not retract! Therefore I cant sweep the wings back to park it!!! I place the hook up, disable DLC, have the wing sweep on manual, Anti-skid off, BUT the Flaps still wont retract!!! Anyone have a Clue???

DLC will deactivate automatically. Anti-skid is always off on the carrier. If flaps won't retract, then you oversped them. Don't deploy them over 225 kts.

Just use NVG's. Much easier if you're using VR at least, because your whole FOV is used instead of the circle.+1
My tomcat remains grounded for long night CAP operations until this is addressed.

Yes, but you have to fence him in in the countermeasures menu.Will jester dispense chaff automatically when there’s an enemy missile incoming?

Yeah the wheel brakes are definitely off. Made a feedback post on Discord. My squadron mates agree that they're too weak now. Tire rolling resistance feels much better, but braking needs to be stronger.
