  1. UPDATE 17/05/2021 Currently working on animations and interior textures! _________________ In the works ! If you want something , might as well do it yourself Some sample pics below : Aircraft outiside has been modelled , Currently working on the interior and cockpit! No ETA as of yet as there is alot to do especially with the animations and Lua's but working on it daily !   2. Almost complete Lighting test is going great and AI Ski Jump Launch now a success with with Harrier and F-35 !! Video Launch Test : https://youtu.be/5cOWRT9VzGI My Mod has not been released yet and has nothing to do with one that is currently available ! My mod is a built from scratch model and not a pre-purchased one like the one available. MOD will be released this weekend

  4. I could but the carrier itself is without arresting wires and catapults as it has the ski jump at the end. Don't know how the catapult could work with that at the end of the runway !

Carrier is now available for download via the user files seciton : HMS Queen Elizabeth can be downloaded here : https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3315024/ The HMS Queen Elizabeth will be the next Royal Navy carrier I will be bringing to DCS . This is a fully created from scratch model and will feature working elevators and spawning inside the hangar and making your way up to deck !   8. Really ? oh damn , something wrong with the coordinates . Send me a msg with the issue when they fall through the deck and ill make sure it is fixed by next update. I am redoing the landing and takeoff scripts to fit 6 harriers but things can be abit buggy so let me know and ill get it sorted ! Thanks

  11. Hey , great thanks for letting me know ! Yes , DCS does get confused sometimes with the files. It doesn't check them per module but all together so there is possibly another file in dcs named like the one that caused you the prob. Just let me know what the file is called that keeps hitting and I will rename it to solve the issue in next update !
  12. Update : I have started working on the next carrier I will be bringing to DCS ! I am going to be adding a functionallity that is missing from all carriers currently and it will be also implemented on the Illustrious and Invincible if the animations succeed on this new one. Reason I am implementing it first on a new carrier instead of the illustrious or invincible is that it's required to be modelled at the start of building the model. However if it works as i want it to , it will be worth redoing parts of the invincible and illustrious from start to accomodate the new feature on them as well !

UPDATED 19/01/2021 UPDATE Changelog V1.3 : - Re-worked modelling on HMS Invincible - Brand-new Seadart Model and launcher - (Launcher will receive further fixing in next update) - Deck signs and writting added - Ship R05 Insignia added to Island - Fixed Hull and added red base - Corrected Encyclopedia (Thanks Joey45) - Added Themes (Thanks Ozone1) Next Updated planned to include missions and hopefully some Air Defence animation atlast ! (Fingers crossed)

  16. New update 1.2 available ! HMS Invincible is still in the works as I'm updating it substantially now that I have found footage and pics from falklands of closeup ! New update has extensive update to HMS Illustrious ! - Deck lighting and ambience now ready - Re-modelled parts of the ship - Re- did some animations and added extra radar rotations as on real ship - Added Ship insignia and Crest to Funnels and Hull
  17. Yeap am working on it , got abit bogged down in lockdown blues recently and got behind ! Will have it ready in a day or two
  18. Quick update ! Tomorrow will be uploading the updated versions of both Invincible and Illustrious : + Have significantly updated parts of the ships such as radars , doors , lifeboats etc and started to add the first set of final textures. + Have managed to make them even lighter so less strain on system to run + Fixed most luas , should be able to support 8 harriers and 4 Helicopters Once delivered , the next update will be in around 2 weeks and will include finally working weapon animations! I've also picked up working on an earlier concept I had planned for the illustrious of being able to spawn(cold) inside the hangar below deck and call the elevators to take you to the flight deck. Curiously I had modelled and textured the hangars before even doing the ship as I was working on that idea originally , but seeing then it was taking longer to do the hangar that it would take me to do the entire ship I had left it to the side. I have also noticed that many VR pilots fly with shadows completely off in their settings - This significantly improves performace - . As such I am also working on some textures that will retain a fake shading look so the modules can look good even with shadows turned off , instead of the lightwashed result we get now ..

Changelog : - NEW module added of HMS Illustrious R06 (2012) - Extensive optimisation to fix fps drop that was experienced - Some textures have been added and positioned better - General clean up of model - Next update looking to get weapons working (once I manage to get the damn things to finally fire )

  23. Hey thanks so much ! Have a fun with the mission building Have taken into consideration what you said and will add a step by step installation guide ! A fix for a few bugs including fps loss and takeoff positions will be posted tomorrow including a new variant the R06 HMS illustious as a second module. Hi and thanks ! - I'm on the fps loss and think ive got it sorted ! - The stopping issue is interesting. Is there something you do so i can recreate it ? haven't noticed it in my tests. - Will add another 2 parking spots at the back Next update hopefully tomorrow will include the above fixes and the R06 Illustrious as well as a modernized version of the carrier as a seperate new module to add
